A parcel sent from US (USPS) on Dec 05 i havent received it yet. I reached out to near by post offices they said, they didnt receive any parcel. When I checked the status of the tracking number, it just says it cleared customs in US.

The only thing I have is the tracking number. When I go to India post and click on International mail tracking I have to insert the tracking number, then I get details of on which shipment stage the product is on in the United States. The seller has shipped my product through USPS Priority Mail International and has not marked my product as a gift. Now when I go to International Mail Tracking in India post and enter the tracking number it shows me that it has reached the “send item abroad” (EDI – received ) stage. “Please help”. Thank you.
