My credit card was fraudulently used for an online transaction two days back and I have a Verified by Visa (VBV)/ SecureCode password. I have complained to the the BANK - HDFC and blocked my card and registered a cyber police complaint also. I am waiting for the BANK to reply with their response. It was fraudulently used for an online transaction on Yatra online pvt.ltd. How do i get the general public informed about this misuse? Su)kers even dont know what is ecommerce. The power of security should be given to a customer like whether he wants it or not, it shouldnt be forced. I cant purchase anything online now.
