I am a videocon dth user. i bought a staelite dvd setup box. The dvd player that comes with it is of low quality and doesnt spport all the video formats that they claims in their brochure. It supports mp4 files but will not support mp4 files of high definition. it doent have a hdmi port.

For the last one month, i am having issues with dth services. Currently i have taken South Diamond Pack which includes almost all the channels available including espn, star sports ten sports ect. but now i am not getting these kind of paid channels. I have complained them about this several times and now i am not able to contact them. Customer care service is alos very bad, as they will be busy all the time. I am a cricket fan, and ther is only week left for world cup. I donno what i will do right now, whether keep on complaining this or throw the setupbox and dish on the road and go for othar dth service.
I strongly recommend not to go for Videocon dth, If you need any more info on this mail me on seevarun@gmail. My Customer id is 10020661

Don’t take the distribution of vide has deocone d2h becase its a worst product in the market . i am one of the consumer of d2h who had subscribed one chaneel ten cricket and d2h habut d deducted the amount from my a/c has’t activate the channel yet, so i am on campaign of anti videocone d3h
