Yahoo has silently launched Yahoo Meme which is a Twitter Clone but with additional features. Iam sure once you sign up you will become a fan of this since its offering you a clean looking Interface like Twitter but comes along with few additional features which Twitter fans have always been looking for. Now only if Yahoo could or Twitter would have allowed everyone to Import their Followers and Followings to Yahoo Meme this service can get a hit since running a new service while competitors have already reached the whole Planet, it can get hard.
Here are few features & Comparisons which i found are really useful for members :

While Twitter displays you all the Hot Trends on the Homepage listed as ‘POPULAR TOPICS BY THE MINUTE, DAY, AND WEEK’ Yahoo has created a dedicated page for this which shows you only ‘What’s being reposted recently’ on the Popular Page There is no use of any HashTags nor list of any keywords or Key phrases like what Twitter displays linking to the list of Tweets. - Upload Photos
