The Management Development Institute of Gurgaon is commonly known as MDI Gurgaon. This is one of the premier BSchools in India. The Institute offers an entire range of a large number of subjects. The Post Graduate Programme in Management is a full time residential course. The applicants require to take the CAT examination and then separately have to apply for MDI, on the basis of the CAT score, they are selected for subsequent group discussion or personal interview. The candidates are to be graduate (3 year course) with 50 % marks from any recognized University. Post Graduate Programme – Human Resource Management, this is a two year full time course developed in collaboration with National HRD network.

The selection criteria and procedure is the same as that of the PGPM course. Post Graduate Programme in International Management, The programme is in collaboration with European School of Management, France. This course has been developed keeping in mind the growing form of global business, cultural differences exist across borders, thus the course approaches to develop the students from such perspective, so that can cope with the global demands.

The eligibility criteria and the selection procedure is the same as the above two courses. Executive Management Programme, as the name suggest, this programme is dedicated for the executives, the candidates applying for this course should have a minimum qualification of graduation along with 3 years of work experience. The candidates have to take a written test conducted by the institute in its campus, this is followed subsequently by group discussion and or personal interview. National Management Programme is for the managers working in the Government sector. It was in support with the Department of Personnel & Training , Government of India.

The candidates are selected on the basis of their CAT scores. Some other programmes offered by the institute are Fellow Programme in Management, Executive Fellow Programme in Management, School of Energy Management.
