Even though I love Google Docs, it doesn’t yet have the blend like Microsoft Office. And more over I love office 2010, it has very good tabbed interface.

I like to use ms-access, ms-word and power point.
access – for my simple database needs and back-end for my simple applications.
ms-word – to correct and learn while I am blogging. Used it as a publishing tool for some time, and its awesome.
power point – for power presentation.

Its nice to have all these in one pack – Microsoft Office 2010!

    1. I really haven’t tried Google Docs… I’ve been using MS Office for many years now (since like Word 97) so… I believe Office is better.

    2. I mainly use Word and am extremely happy with it due to the fine controls on how a document can be formatted, include text boxes and images. Main thing is I know how to get the job done with it quickly.

I’d love to win a license for Office 2010… sign me up, please!!!

    Hello Amit,
As stipulated,I am following you on twitter and tweeted this giveaway at: http://twitter.com/d4dhiraj/status/15257456522
I am also connected with you on facebook and shared this giveaway at: http://www.facebook.com/d4dhiraj?v=wall&story_fbid=128630637155895&ref=mf
My twitter as well as facebook username is d4dhiraj.I have also subscribed to the email feeds. Now as far as choosing between Ms Office and Google Docs goes,I will prefer Office over Docs on any given day because it is the benchmark in the office productivity applications category. The feature that I am looking forward to use in Office 2010 are:
Online Collaboration: One can now seamlessly collaborate on a project with one’s coworkers using webapps over SkyDrive or Facebook.
Paste Preview Tool: It lets one assess how a copied content would look like while keeping the source formatting intact or stripped or merged without actually pasting it!!
Besides, the more widespread usage of the ribbon interface now across all components of the office is also a welcome move.

MS Office is better than Google Docs simply because of the ease of use of MS Office.

I love the PDF Writer feature of MS Office 2010. No more dependency on external PDF Printers :)

  17. Rohan 08. Jun, 2010 at 7:05 am #

No doubt that MS Office is the best. I have not seen Google docs and hope not to see it. My verdict MS Office is the best. I dont think it needs an answer. MS Office is the best. For me Excel is the best.

  18. johnsson 09. Jun, 2010 at 4:38 am #

This is a no brainer. Of course Microsoft Office is the best. I don’t have to give any reasons the statistics of Microsoft Office usage shows for itself that it is the best. Google docs is very limited in functionality compared to what is there in Microsoft Office. My most often used applications are Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint. They are packed with features that enhance my efficiency and productivity very much. I can automate and do tasks in less time and with minimum effort in Microsoft Office especially in Excel and Access.

I already tweeted, liked on facebook, and subscribed to newsletter. Thanks again.

best ms office. why i love ms office?

    this is the main reason.

high compatibility . they are surely compatibile with all sw. other sw MAY be compatibile.

high integration. ms office sosftwares integrates each other very well. you can so integrate in word graph made in excel and make graph supported documents. similarly in powerpoint.

nice border available. (in sw open source like openoffice there are not such feature)

they don’t require internet connection to work properly.

easy of use. (but other sw as well are easy)

i love especially powerpoint, excel and ms word for the richness of feature even to respect to the aesthetic (which are an aspect i always search)

hope to win actually i’m using a previous version of office to achieve the aestethic features and for my work openoffice (there are no money) which is not fully satisfactory.
