These are the kinds of foods that force our body to work harder during the metabolism process.

Consume a healthy breakfast with about 300 to 500 calories. This will give enough energy that can last you for a day and you will not find the urge to go for an evening snack before going to bed. It would be wise for you to schedule a light dinner as your metabolism stops as soon as you fall asleep.

Other types of foods that you must avoid include red meats, white bread and those foods the have high sugar content. Finally, it would also be healthy to take the stairs instead of the elevator. You can also park your car a bit farther from your place of work as the short walk can help you burn more calories.
