Adsense approval for India, China and some other countries, are restricted. But some people used to get adsense approval by applying as USA resident, then they used to apply for change of country. But Adsense recognized this type of frauds, and they banned the some countries, to use the Change of Country option (including India).

But still my friend bought an adsense approval recently in Hyderabad.

One more option is that you should try to setup OpenDNS , check settings for the same at http://www.opendns.org If it still does not work you need to contact your web host if their settings are blocking your IP Address.

I am sure you are using internet explorer. Because i faced this situation in IE7 with my blogspot blog. If you are then your blog will be open other browser like.
opera, firefox, chrome, maxthone, safari, flock etc.

Try in other browser and let us know.

Popup Ads are generally blocked by most browsers which is why it would show very less CPM. Better its to first build your blog bigger then think about the income options because its important to make a large blog and then make money, than wasting 50% of your time in ad setups.

I found that popups ad pay higher then cpm based ads. Clicksor popup is paying me $0.01 for 5-6 impression. But CPM ads pay 0.01$ for 100 of views. Which types of ad format are better? I don't understand why i am getting 5-6 impression I have 100 uniques every day now. because browsers is blocking popups or clicksor is not showing genuine impressions.

Just change your Orkut logins, because no one other than you can delete your scraps and only if someone has got access to your account they can delete it. Also if the person who has written a scrap in your account wishes to delete his posted scrap he can do it.

Hello,
You need to install a different Blog in a different sub folder of your hosting account. This can be complex originally because you need to manage all the blogs one by one in a different way and this can waste a lot of time. Another option is running WordpressMU feature which allows you to run multiple blogs with 1 installations along with a option of running different sub blogs in Sub Folders or Sub Domains like blogspot.com

In this blog we have different installed blogs, hence logins are also separate for each of them.
