The All in One SEO Pack plugin for wordpress allows you with multiple options which are totally optional and are mainly useful for assigning extra title which can be slightly different from the main post title.

These are the available options in the plugin :

Title:
Description:
Keywords (comma separated):
Disable on this page/post:Yes/No

If your post has a title of - Nokia N97 Mobile Phone Review.
You can have another title using the All in One Seo Pack giving it a bigger title with multiple words like - Nokia N97 Mobile Phone Review Specifications Features & Pricing

The very same way you can assign keywords and description which could be used as Meta Tags but i would suggest not to use this and waste time, but its recommended to better opt for - Use Categories for META keywords , option available in the plugin's options page.

In my wordpress blog posts, i try to have 4-5 relevant keywords in the All in one SEO pack plugin, but unsure of how many to have ideally to have good density of keywords.

Any info about that?
