Once you said that. We will get real traffic coming after one month of post. I feel few post get instant traffic and few are not.
How can we improve older posts serp and rank them high on search engines.
How many days, we will see real traffic coming to blog.

You need to interlink your articles, ie from all your new articles try to link to the older ones if they are relevant ones, which can be helpful in Internal Link Building. Also the same has to be done with external websites which should link back to your old articles giving them a authority. Did you do the right SEO which i normally recommend?

What you suggest for new blogs. So, that i can get fastest organic traffic. my blog is one month old.
I am working on small fruits. Writing for less then 1,000 searches per month. and interlinking my posts and category.What SEO you recommend. I just started my new blog...I am just building links and now going to make relevent links from article submissions.

Go for Social Bookmarking, Article Submissions & Directory Submissions, each of these slowly one by one and then keep linking to different articles, rather than your homepage. This can help you in easily ranking in the top in the long run.
