Yes you can advertise your site on adwords and also monetize the same site via adsense, but if this medium is completely done for getting clicks, its called adsense arbritrage http://www.amitbhawani.com/blog/adsense-adwords-arbitrage-system-future/ and because of multiple reasons your adsense account can get banned.

Just change your Orkut logins, because no one other than you can delete your scraps and only if someone has got access to your account they can delete it. Also if the person who has written a scrap in your account wishes to delete his posted scrap he can do it.
