I have seen very less people going for MTech after BTech. Even i have not opted for it in spite of having a good GATE score. First there are very less opportunities after MTech and after higher studies we are in same level as if BTech except the Degree.
What about doing MTech after BTech?

It is true that there exists less opportunities for the MTech, but it will prove good after BE or BTech. If you had got the good score then why did you not opted for the MTech, from my opinion this is a strange decision. MTech would have given you good jobs than BTech. But after all its your decision.
