Yatra.com and makemytrip is a good one i would recommend first too
We had booked two tickets through Makemytrip in January 2009 to Brazil. Since our previous experience with MMT has always been good, we did not hesitate, even though we paid over 1 lakh rupees nearly 5 months before we were to fly to Brazil in June.
It was a huge mistake and we will never be using MMT again for any of our travel requirements. One week before the date of travel in June, I spent nearly 40 minutes everyday with MMT phone agents trying to have them ISSUE my ticket (5 months after booking). I spoke to 5 agents and a floor manager but my problem was not resolved until a few hours before my flight! I should add that the only reason why I found out that my ticket was not issued until 1 week before the journey, was because I called the airline directly (Virgin Atlantic). I should also add that the problem was resolved basically because I knew someone at Virgin who helped me out and not because MMT or its staff did anything to help. I will ensure that everyone I know does not use MMT or its services.
yatra mytrip online process waste bcoz other travel agents lossing der business
indiatourism is not working anymore.
