I like to inform you that somebody carried out 6 Nos of transaction falsely made by my ICICI credit card on 25 th and 26th Oct,2009 through IRCTC ticket Please help me out I had already lodged compleain with ICICI bank

I have been trying to register my name to enable me to book tickets through the internet. It always comes up with the answer ” name already taken up” What does it mean? There could be thousands of people with the same names. Does this mean I have to use an imaginary name? It is very confusing. Please clarify and tell me how to proceed.
