Tijuana is the largest city of Baja California state located on the U.S-Mexico border. Tijuana is fastest growing city in Mexico and searching a secured job is not a big problem in this city. The population of Tijuana mainly consists of refugees from China, Korea, and Japan. Even more people from U.S have settled in Tijuana to avoid the higher cost of living in their country. Tijuana is linked by rails to major U.S cities like Los Angeles and San Diego. Also, there are several flights to major Asian cities such as Shanghai and Tokyo. The U.S and Canadian cities can be reached easily from Tijuana. The city of Tijuana has always attracted tourists from all part of world. Even many film stars and other celebrities from Hollywood prefer to have a nice week end in this city. The tourism business is the most effective source of income for people in Tijuana. Also, Tijuana relies on tourism as major revenue. The things from the past have changed and many night clubs have been closed down and the criminal activities are under control.

Apart from tourism many telemarketing companies are making their way into the city. The famous Televista telemarketing company has two call centers in Tijuana. The promising economy and cheap labor has made Tijuana one of the main television assembly cities in the world. More than 700 industries in Tijuana are owned by American, Mexican, and Japanese investors. All of these industries have created enough jobs and Tijuana is regarded as the only city in Mexico without unemployment.

The city is not the same as before and people of Tijuana have witnessed a remarkable revolution in the last few years. The economy is improving and government is focusing strongly on providing jobs for each and every individual.
