it is very easy any way it is right
well the features may be interesting but not the customer experience thus far for me. I’m based in Chennai. Its a pity that India’s leading corporate organization fails in terms of customer service. Despite their best assurances that the installation will happen in about 4-5 hours max in a metro, i still havent received any set box, etc for over 16 hours. I spoke to the customer service guys at the helpline twice and both times was assured that it would happen last evening (before 8 PM). The next morning I received a call from some vague guy asking whether I had placed an order directly and said he would be there at my residence in 10minutes. he turns up 1 hour later-no apologies and asks me if the set top box has arrived.
There is no point in Ratan Tata talking about customer service and commitment and Aamir khan endorsing the product when the ground reality stinks

they have been around for a while now and just like all other DTHs, they have their set of pros and cons which wld differ from person to person. I have had tata sky for a long time now and can say for certain that they have been really good in te following aspects:
the quality is excellent, their customer support is very resourceful. The best part is whatever u got, be it a query or a complaint they will reply asap and not have you waited for days.
Yes, the service of tata sky is very good. I have never experienced any problem. Their customer services people are very polite as well. Overall, its a good service.

1 ) Even with slight drizzle or in cloudy weather condition TATA STOPS FUNCTIONING .Whereas it boasts of top quality DTH service provider ..
2 ) The customer is made to call to seek any service where TATA SKY office/cus service takes hell lot of time to attend not realising customers waste of time n precious money .
3 )Past 02 days till this time finds sound goes-on/off frequently fr a long time .
4 ) To dismay ,nobody fm TATA SKY ever calls or shown their regrets on the inconvenience that hv caused to customers fr service failure.
5 ) Like refill lapse u automatically after giving reminders discontinue services even if payments r delayed fr a day .Why than u cannot consider on yr service failure n give relaxations on it n compensates to customer ..
6 ) Why TATA is biased n do not broadcast any Muslim channels in par with other religious faith.
