Aiming high to return in the Indian market, this time not with the mobile phone but with intelligent SIM (iSIM) application. So whats iSIM now?

iSIM is a thin, 0.4mm flexible wafer that contains two chips attached to original SIM of your cellphone and users can be able to use up to four phone numbers in a single cell phone, without even having to buy a multi SIM phone i.e., add this application to your mobile handset. So time to forget of dual SIM phones once this is launched in India. Its already been launched recently in Europe and Motorola is in talk with all the India Telecom service providers to launch iSIM in India as earliest as possible.

So how can you attach 3 more SIM to your phone?
0.4mm is very thin (exactly just more than thickness of standard SIM card) and you donot need to perform other additional works on your phone for fixing this iSIM application into your mobile. Each iSIM would support upto fours IMSI (International Mobile Subscriber Identity) profiles and each profile means a one SIM number and so you can have four of such profiles in your mobile. Subscribers can switch between different phone numbers without changing the SIMs (just like dual sim and can be called as extension of Dual SIM to quadrable SIM). Also you can have same network SIM or different network SIM working on the same phone.

IMSI is a unique 15 digit number associated with a mobile. Its stored in the SIM inside the phone and its sent by the phone to the network. As we have seen the trends of dual SIM handsets and user often demands dual SIM phones, the application once launched would pick up very fast in the Asian markets.

Comes with “Killer SMS” applications which blocks or resets the mobile when it is stolen or lost. Beside this iSIM would offer following services
