You have always been wondering why your Email Subscription mails are going to SPAM folder right? The answer to this would be the Blacklists which have stored your email in their database following which most of the emails you send are going to be directly enter the SPAM folder and not the recipient’s Message Inbox. You work hard in setting up a beautiful landing page followed by beautiful forms and useful content to get people subscribe to your newsletter but everything would become if your email account is blocked, flagged or tagged by spam filters. In this article we will discuss about a free software which can help you in checking your email address for Spam Score and give you information on how you can make sure that the email is delivered in the Inbox and not into the SPAM box.
There are chances that the newsletter which have sent is sent to your verified subscribers but still the Spam filters would block the same by mistake and this process is considered as ‘false positives’ which is a very big problem because maintaining lists of subscribers would cost you decent amount of money. Hence each email message is given a SPAM Score and normally rated between 1 to 5. If these scores are high it would mean that the email messages would be more inclined towards the Junk folder or even may not be delivered itself.
We will review a software called ‘Mailing Check‘ which is going to help you in finding our the Spam Score for your email address. The software incorporates SpamAssassin engine which is one of the best antispam filter which is used by most Internet Service Providers all over the world and it would analyze the email message you would send for the Spam Score and let you know if its score is high following which you would have to make some changes.
Compose your email with all the content in it which has HTML data and other stuff followed by saving the file in .eml format. Make sure that the email you write or compose is the final version and its the one which you are going to send to the mailing list. The application will scan your complete message which you will have to select and check.
The results are listed in terms of scores like high score which means bad and low score which means good. You should better select the Online checking option, which when we implemented reduced the score from 1.8 to 1.6 based on multiple factors which meant that our message was quite good and ready to be sent to the mailing lists. If you get high scores then its better to either completely revise the message or else delete it because there is no point in sending these kind of emails as they would get easily black listed and following this the email account would also get flagged for these kind of tasks.

Wow this program looks really helpful huh? This could help a lot of email marketing aspirants who want to benefit from this strategy. Nice share and I hope you could post more stuff about this topic.
Thanks,
