MTS has been providing all round services like MTS mobile handsets, High Speed MTS Blaze. MTS has recently launched there new smart phones which are MTS Buzz, MTS Ivory and MTS Alive.
MTS Alive Mobile
MTS Alive mobile comes with a large 2.8″ screen with high resolution. This handset can be used as high speed connectivity modem as it comes with accelerometer feature to connect it to laptops for faster browsing upto 3.1 Mbps. Accelerometer feature comes with affordable packages ranging from Rs 192 to Rs 1099 depending upon the usage of the subscribers of its choice.
The phones comes with a camera of 1.3 megapixel along with video recording feature. This phones with quick single click access to 15 famous social networking, entertainment and information sites. Also there is a music player option with expandable memory card slot of mircosd.
Its provided with GRPS and preloaded Opera Mini web browser. MTS Alive handset is priced at Rs 6000 in India.
MTS Buzz Mobile
MTS Buzz is dual SIM smart phone which costs you not more than Rs 5,000. MTS Buzz is capable of handling two SIM one of GSM and other of CDMA simultaneously.
This handset also provides a quick access to famous social networking sites like Facebook, Twitter, Windows Live Messenger etc.,. This handset has a camera of 1.3 megapixel range with a provision of miscrosd card slot which is expandable upto 4GB in memory.
The look out feature of this mobile is full QWERTY layout. Looks like its targeted mostly towards college students who are most crazy of messaging and QWERTY layout makes them faster to type.
MTS Ivory Mobile
Among the three newly launched handset, MTS Ivory is the only touchscreen handset. Just like MTS Alive this also can be used as modem to access an internet speed of upto 3.1 Mbps on your laptop through connectivity. Its poses a 3.2″ high resolution touch screen.
This mobile handset provides quick Internet to 15 social networking, entertainment and information sites like twitter, Yahoo, MSN, G Talk, Cric Info, Weather updates, Google Picasa, Facebook etc.
It has 2 megapixel camera with video recording and its loaded with other features like Microsoft Exchange push mail, Bluetooth, wireless music streaming. The memory can be extended through MicroSD external memory card slot upto 4 GB.
This handset is specially targeted at professional job holder, travelers and self employed persons. This handset is priced at Rs 13,500 which I think is way too high than for the features that we have gone through.
Its surprising to see MTS Ivory handset priced so higher though the price of MTS Buzz and MTS Alive are in normal range.
