India’s state owned telecom provider Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has launched ‘Billpay’ services in West Zone.
Under ‘BillPay’ BSNL Subscribers from Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Chattisgarh and Maharastra states can now pay their BSNL bills including landline and mobiles through their existing credit card. No form of payment can be faster & secure than mobile bill payment and BSNL has got it right for their valued customers. BSNL is looking to introduce more services of such kind in near future to mobilize the use of mobiles to real life applications.
To make use of ‘BillPay’ services exclusively for the BSNL customers, they have to do one time registration of their credit card. This registration is very simple and once is successfully done it will generate a M-Pin. To generate M-Pin you need to send an SMS to 52828. M-Pin is only generated to make the bill payment hassle free, safe and secure transactions.This services are partnered by Obopay.
BSNL will be happy to launch this across all the four zones and plans are such to this would be also coming to landline phones too i.e., payment of mobile/landline bills through landline phones through voice support.
Apart from payment of BSNL mobile bills through credit card, BSNL is looking to introduce other mode of payment in near future to secure mobile payments and improvise the services.
