Copytoy may be a good product, but I downloaded and paid for it but it does not recognize that my IPOD Touch is connected. There is no phone number to call for technical support. They do not respond to emails. Have just now downloaded Cucusoft.

I am having exactly the same issue. I paid for the software, it is not functioning properly, I have sent two notes to their technical support e-mail address and have received no response. There is no phone number or any other means of contacting them. Has anyone had any luck getting in touch with Copytoy.com or getting the software to function?

I am also having problems with them. My motherboard fried and I tried to download the copytoy, I purchased, to a new computer and after getting to the re-download link on the website with my product number, I went to use the re-download link and it just links me back to my original receipt. No customer support at all. I was not even able to use it once.
I have tried to copy my ipod music back to itunes manually, but keep running into problems with itunes not able to find the files.

I too downloaded a copy of it. It erased all of the songs on my old Ipod. I emailed twice, they don’t respond to emails. There is no phone number and no address.

I am trying to submit a complaint to the BBB, but am having difficulty because of no address or phone. Anyone out there got their information?

    Thanks
