Free Broadband Internet with Apple iMac

Tata Indicom internet has partnered with Apple & Chrome to offer free internet access for new Apple iMac buyers for 12 months. Though the offer is available on limited models and this offer can save you upto 9000Rs of total internet bill. Here are the terms and conditions of this new offer.

1. The “Free Broadband with Apple iMAC Offer”(Offer) is valid from December 5, 2008 to December 27, 2008 in Cities where Tata Indicom Broadband Services are available.
2. This Offer is applicable on the purchase of only select Apple iMAC namely, i)MB323ZP/A IMAC 20inches/2.4 GHz, ii) MS324ZP/A IMAC 20inches/2.66 GHz and iii)MB325ZP/A IMAC 24inches/ 2.8 GHz(Apple iMAC)
3. This offer is applicable only to existing Tata Indicom Broadband Customers – (Wireline as well as Wireless) as follows:
   1. For Prepaid Customers – The customer account will be a topped up with a value equivalent as per his tariff plans on the date of availing offer and upto12 months from the date of topup, subject to a maximum Rs. 9000/-.
   2. For Postpaid Customers – Credit of monthly rentals as per tariff plans of the customer as on the date of availing offer and upto 12 months from the commencement of first credit, subject to a maximum Rs. 9000/-.
   3. The said topup in case of prepaid customers and first credit in case of postpaid customers shall be given effect by TCISL within a maximum period of 90 days from the date of receipt of payment by Croma and the customers have to be active TIBB customer during the said period of 90 days.
4. One customer is eligible to avail this Offer for the purchase of one Apple iMac only per connection and topup/credit will happen to his one broadband connection only.
5. This offer is valid on the purchase of the said Apple iMAC made through the Tata Indicom Broadband & Croma co-branded Offer page which is hosted on the Croma Website.
6. Direct purchases made by the TIBB Customers from the Apple Resellers/Croma Outlet OR ANY other channels will not be eligible for the Offer
7. The delivery of the said Apple iMAC is the responsibility of Croma and the Customers availing this Offer are advised to ensure the approximate date of delivery and other related information from Croma directly. TCISL will not be responsible for the delivery of Apple iMAC.
8. The payment cancellation of orders, refunds, delivery and other applicable terms and conditions of Croma shall apply to this Offer. TCISL shall not be liable or responsible for the same.
9. TCISL is not responsible for the iMac provided by Croma and/or Apple Inc.
10. The customer agrees that the information provided by him will be shared with Croma for the purpose of this Offer.
11. The customer shall abide by all the other terms & conditions on the website of TCISL & Croma to the extent applicable to this Offer.
