You have already learnt how to set passwords in microsoft office files but what about the case if you want to remove the current password and offer the file to everyone’s access. There are several paid softwares available online which can help you in removing the passwords but if you just want to view the content of your files then you should not go for a paid option but try out the free alternative which is a very simple trick.

We are just looking for a option to remove the password of a microsoft office file and for this you need to save the file again using the ‘Save As’ feature. But this solution does not completely work because it even passes the password of the previous file and you need to play around the security option of your ms office.
Click on the ‘Microsoft Office Button’ located on the top left of MS Office, then select ‘Save As’ option and in this click on the ‘Tools>General Options’ which would ask you to set new password to open, password to modify, which you can either change or remove totally to make the file available to everyone in the new saved version.

Very Nice trick
thanks alot
