Got the offer of free 5 month digital TV of Airtel,but suprising that such a poor response to my numerous complaints since 31st Dec.’08. Till date my complains have not been sorted our. It seems that all who got this free SAMSUNG offer are facing the same problem of not getting their signals properly or some or the other mistakes, the same has been admitted by one of the service engineers of Airtel digital TV. Out of the five month free offer only 14 days I was able to view the services & for the 32 days my daily complaints are still looked into.

all that is spent is spent for ever. the thing that you have bought is not so worthy since they are giving a free of something which cannot be utlized, no one will will give a better response to your request, not even the company, so stop worrying and move on to your next plan.okay
all these are stupid entertaining things just for sake of mesmerrising the customer to buy the product at cheap rate which is not of worth even a single paise.

Like if it is a Mega package you only get Asianet & Plus, & if it is a South Value package then you get Asianet,Plus,News,Kairali so contact call center & hopefully happy viewing. I purchase the samsung LCD Tv 4th serial 32 inches, that time the dealer told one Air tel digital reciver free, but airtel person says rechage the coupen Rs. 500. and i rechase Rs.500 on 15th nov 2010. till now noresponce. i required HD box but the local (Madurai Tamilnadu)dealer say Pl padi Rs. 2500 affter we are inslatin the box. this correrct or not what can do next pl reply
