I know very little about the technical aspects of computers. From last evening, the screen of my PC is showing black whenever I am turning it on. Only a ‘-’ is blinking at the top left corner of my screen. Is this a problem related to my BIOS? If yes, then please tell me the way of fixing the BIOS of my PC. Did somebody else use your PC in your absence? Ask your mother. Somebody must have done something with your BIOS otherwise this problem can not occur. I will tell me the solution to this problem, but never let anybody else use your computer, in your absence, use a secret password and lock your PC. Tell your mother to stop others from using your computer in your absence.
There is a warning for you also, never try to experiment with your BIOS; this is a delicate and complicated part of the computer system. If something serious happens to your BIOS, you will not be able to repair it and your machine will be destroyed.
