MS Office 2010 Feature – Insert Screenshot of any Running Program

Wondering how to insert a screenshot of a application without actually installing or using any 3rd party tools or even the Print Screen Button? Well the Microsoft Office 2010 software’s have a inbuilt feature which allows you to directly insert a Screenshot. While you are in the middle of any document file and you need to insert, click on the top navigation tab which says Insert > Screenshot.

The link at the bottom of this option called ‘Screen Clipping’ can be useful to take a active selected area screenshot of your MS Office area. Try out Office 2010 and enjoy its features.
