With the UL range, Asus presents new notebooks with a slim and elegant design. They are of three display sizes – UL30, UL80 and UL50. The UL50 models are based on the dedicated NVIDEA G 210M graphic chip set and have a 15.6 inch display. The UL50Vt notebook is equipped with HD display that has a resolution of 1366×768 pixels, an Intel Core 2 Duo SU7300 processor, a 4 GB DDR3-8500 RAM, a 320 GB hard disk memory from Seagate and NVIDEA’s GeForce. It costs about 899 euro.
The Asus has a case made of mostly plastic. The eye-catcher of the Asus case is the display lid which is made of silver. The design looks elegant, modern and not too obtrusive.
