Went to the supposed Apple retailer NG Research in Nagpur. The place is a joke ( a lousy apartment is a god forsaken building. If Steve Jobs sees this he will die of an heart attack) and the a”hole ask me to wait till he finishes lunch. Guys do not have common customer service etiquette. Wanted a 1.75% surcharge for paying by debit card. I was made to feel like the store was going a favor buy selling a macbook. WTF? The place sucks. Look like I will visit a premium apple retailer in Mumbai
