As you all know iam a big fan of Online Shopping because i dont like moving around places looking for different products, check out their features, comparing prices and wasting my time which can be saved and i can better make money in this time. Based on this i keep ordering different stuff online after reading reviews of these products and researching on the details along with search for some coupons from different sources like RetailMeNot or twitter Coupon for latest coupon codes.
Basically i ordered a pair of shoes month back ie on Feb3rd and the order was dispatched on Feb 7th with the courier details etc and recieved the package with the shoe i ordered of ‘Red Tape’ Brand. Following which based on my recommendation one of my friend ‘Sidharth’ ordered 2 pairs of shoes from this store on his brothers name – ‘Nishanth bhansali’ because of 2 reasons which were easy ordering with excellent store for selections and Payment mode of Paypal which means he could pay in USD which normally look small amount and you can pay big bills 😉

The story goes on and finally the company stops replying the customer. Does BigShoeBazaar treat their customers in this way when there is a mistake from their end? Do they have a right to charge a customer around 1400Rs and send them a pair worth just 200Rs ignoring their emails for the balance money or else the balance pair of ordered shoes? Is this one of the reasons people fear paying someone online and ordering stuff online? There are many questions raising and not many answers to these because all this will go unanswered as these gaints never worry about their customers once the payments are received.
I would expect some of these things :
Big Shoe Bazaar should have atleast called up the customer when they see continous tickets pouring in from the same customer.
They should normally assign a ticket to only 1 staff and not keep it in a general help desk where any staff can reply any ticket which would mean that the staff would not easily understand the situation.
The company should instantly acknowledge the client for the purchase and the payment along with the stock information.
The website always shows that the stock is available or not , something like live status but still there are many problems in this system and customers have to wait from 3days to over a fortnight for a status update which is clearly wrong.
Did you ever shop at BigShoeBazaar.com? How was your experiance with them? Please note not all customers at their store have got a problem, but there are some who get into problem and these need to be rectified by the owners asap.

This is one hell of the company they not only try to cheat you once but they keep on trying to cheat you as much as they can. In my case after online payment through ICICI Bank they said me that the transaction was not successful so plaese send the money through DD/ Cheque. But ultimately my money was gone. Okay, I was the guy who had this Bigshoebazaar issue. I’ve been contacting them for like one-two month and there was no proper, required answer. Today, a staff member from Bigshoebazaar phone-called (I assume, it’s the same guy who commented above) on my mom’s cell phone number thrice after seeing the above review.
I am not sure about the conversation but when I reached home, I saw the remaining money was refunded by Bigshoe bazaar to my paypal account with other emails of apology. Thanks to the review, the author (Amit bhawani) and Bigshoebazaar for finally taking some action after a very long period.
Though the issue is resolved now, and I am quite happy with it but I would like to see a better customer support that could keep track of the ongoing things with the customer. I mailed the same issue twice, 3 days ago and you never replied back!!
Also I see the website is redesigned, I would buy some stuff from bigshoebazaar (again) in a day or two and test it myself to see if they have really improved!

Don’t know why I have to contact BigShoeBazaar.com like this always. As I have already said earlier that they have contacted me that day via phone as well as through email that my order has been verified. After that no more communication from them even though I have tried to contact them but no reply & still they are sending more offer to me though email. How can somebody trust them after all these things that happened with me. Really bad customer care or the company is like that I don’t know. I should thank God that for testing I have did only a small amount of shopping what about other people I have no idea. It looks like my money theft from me by a company. The worst ever experience in online shopping …..fraud and dubious site.I have given up the hope that i will get my refund back or the product.
i wonder why bigshoebazaar is not improving their services even after so many complaints against them.after reviewing all the complaints.i see that they don’t have the shoes that are on display on the website.they simply have to improve their inventory management and update their website from time to time in respect to the availability of the shoes.stop displaying the shoes that are not in the stock.its simple as that.i hope they better their services in future and stop fooling the public.
