This device also incldes connectivity through Wi-Fi and 2GB internal memory. At the price of Rs 9000 Binatone Touch Tablet would be the cheapest Android tablets available in the Indian market.

The tablet PCs are the latest buzz in the electronic gadget market. We have lots of tablets available in the market but the launch of Apple iPad has made the market grow at the stronger pace and after the launch of Android Operating System there were large opportunities. As a result we have lot more companies like Dell, Samsung & Lenovo coming up with their tablets with outstanding features.

Binatone Telecom plans to invest Rs 50 crores in next 12 months in technology and products.

Binatone is a UK based consumer electronics company and soon it reached Spain, South Korea, Hong Kong, India, Nigeria and Taiwan. Binatone supplies various telecom products apart from consumer products to telecom companies. It also officially partners Motorola in North America for management and marketing digital cordless phones, digital photo frames and other products.

Now the question is that do we have lot more companies coming in the near past to offer their best of tablets? Will tablet cost can be further reduced to once launched by Home Surf Touch Tablet? What do you say?

This might no where be trying to compete iPad and the device from same family – Galaxy tab. As it’s based on a little less featured screen and specifications and was never much hyped. Resistive touchscreen on a large 8-inch screen is a bit of pain to use. Apart from that, the 128MB RAM and the 2GB memory is not very good enough.
