The PIXMA 490 is a piece of junk! First the black ink cartridge stop working, I purchased another cartridge from Wal mart. It kept saying replace cartridge, it was out of warrant and I was sent to you tube. Cartridge never worked. Now there is paper stuck it in and even with you tube’s help i can’t get the paper out. I promise I never printed 50 pages from this printer, i was drawned to the idea of cheap replacement ink. I wish i had my workinng HP printer back expensive ink and all.
