1. First of all you need to login into your Hotmail account with the existing Hotmail/live ID and password. If you can’t login then please click on forgot password and go through in.
2. Once you have successfully logged in on the upper right hand side corner you will find label ‘Options’. Click on it.
3. Now under Manage your account you will find ‘View and edit your personal information’.

5. You will be further taken to another webpage where you will be asked to provide the old password, new password and then click on ‘save’.
