Personal review is that the customer service via phone is very bad because when i called them up for buying on i didnt get anyone online and had to hang up the phone since i could not wait for long. The better option than Dish TV Direct to home service is TATA Sky which offers a better customer service and packages.

“Sun” package should not be mandatory. Earlier the south packages cost the lowest but after “sun” package it become the costliest.
In “channel pick” the hindi entertainment channels should be introduced.

I am using DISH TV and it is really awesome… I think TATA and dish are same… other than pricing… I would really recommend DISH as they have very good service from installation to back end support 🙂 I am happy with them they provide me all channels we watch at the same CABLE wala price 🙂

STORY:
I shifted my house on 1st January 2008 and called on customer care for re-installation. They gave me on complain no and said that problem will be fixed with in 4 to 24 hours. I called them after 48 hours then executive told me “I AM SORRY FOR INCONVENIENCE”. for next 3 days (till 5th Morning) I called around 20 times. Sometimes they say sorry, sometimes sorry+ installation will be done till evening.
Now on 5th jan I got another complain no with same words that problem will be fixed with in 4 to 24 hours.
after 24 days I called them again they forwarded call to super wiser he gave one local service center number and told it will be fixed and u can talk on this number also. I called on that number executive told ” Sir your place is not under our area (phone got disconnected from her side)”. Now today is 7th Jan.
Can some one please suggest me how to resolve this problem.
I am very irritated now with their add “Don’t be SANTUSHT” as I am doing the same since 1st Jan.

Dish TV has a pretty bad TV Guide. You’ve got to see it to believe how bad it is. My cabel walla is ICC and their cable box has a better Guide. Maybe I shud have stayed with that!

don’t go for dish TV. I was one among cheated by a TL names manohar and Arun Nagi. and senior supervisors Saurab chaddha and ashish.
They all took my credit card amount and they ripped it up. at the end i didn’t get my money back. there a same agent will speak as team manager and supervisor.

It looks like in South India, Dish Tv is a mess. the customer service is awkward. Even i too had some bad experience after a long fight its done. I have to spend much on phone calls since we can’t catch the call center guy in TOLL Free. As long as you got a package when you buy it, stick to it, if go for upgrade or house change then one can always expect a mess. better before 1 month of your house shifting better inform call centre.

Don’t go for Dishtv. If you face some problem with it, you have to wait for resolution for unlimited time. I guess customer satisfaction does not matter for them at all.When you buy Dish tv, you get irritation free with it.Call their customer service but don’t expect any reply.

I faced a lot of problem with the Dish TV. The decoder gets bad after it is washed in rain for a month then replace it by calling them 10times..that will cost 500/- no warranty on Decoder.. I recently changed house still my Dish TV is lying on the floor.. they said u have to dismantle it then we’ll install..I took the pain of dismantling it.. but still no one has come to install it.. even if I’m ready to pay 250/- which they asked me for .. Service is too bad.. In contrast I had my landlord using tatasky.. they were at least prompter than Dish Guys…

I am having Dishtv connection,vc no: 01505517980. last month 20 I sent the smart card to Noida for replacement since the se was stil under gaurantee. they took 22 days. when replacedcard was incerted in the set check card. then I complained on 12th of this month and so far they have not rectified till today.when ever I conact customer service they say they they have forwarded the complaint departmant and they will attend to my complaint with in
34 to 48 hrs.so far nothing has happenned till today. when ever i contact them the same message is repeated. they gave a local number who does not answer the call.

I really feel pity. you guys are wasting lot of money in Dish TV & TATA Sky. I will say onething. one of you guys make a replica of a working VC Card and put it in any Dish/TATA set top box (STB) you can watch all the channels without having to pay even a single paise for their crappy support. This is technically possible. but very few tried it.
There are places where you can replicate a working smart (VC) card and get a second’s STB and do a software update via PC to change the serial no’s and it will work, but the original VC has to be recharged regulary for any uninterrupted subscription.

I took it because I was in strong believe, it is trust worthy company, having corporate ethics & costumer care , but I was wrong & I had very awful experience with tata sky
No doubt it is having good clarity, but that’s the only thing they can offer…
1) When “sky” comes it says “tata” mean during rain the signal goes off
I’ had complained many times, the service people came but they were not able to solve the problem. It will be still the same in this monsoon.
2) They change the listed channel whenever they want, eg. They stop showing zee classic after a month. & promised, they will show again …. But not yet
I like to see black & white movies, but no channel to show it on tata sky
3) They are charging more money for additional channel like 9x, 9x movies & so on , but others shows it in same price, also putting additional price for game , wiz kid… (Additional price means more monthly budget, 300 rupees is quite big amounts)
4) there are many new channels which tata sky is not showing
So we are paying for clarity, but not for channels
Now I’m planning for dish TV … I hope I’ll get what I want in 300 rupees

I have to go far of and search to get the coupons .

Hi every one i will like to inform you all please never-9999-never go for dishtv. They think customers are idiots once they sell the connection their tensions ends and customers starts. Their dealers are too lawyer they give false comitments and dish tv customer care and other members from dish tv also helps them to do so. Here is the story what happened with me :- I got a new connection on 21/10/07 I was commited for One year subscription from Dealer whose name is Ankur Electricals Sec-18 Atta Market, Noida and the person on store is Mr. Vinay his mobile no is 9818972778 my Viewer card no is :-01504952143, A person who is the installation incharge Mr. Pandey and his mobile no is:-9891715300 also committed the same at the time of installation. They deactivated my connection on 21-04-08 and asking me to renew the subscription. I catched the deaer and area installation manager now they are saying we have given no such commitments. Also i am using their MAXI subscription 50% chanells are not received properly like StarOne, Sahara All channels, NDTV all channels, and many more. The customer care service is one of the worst service in the world they are only trained to say sorry they have to do nothing with the resolution. Once you install dish tv your bad days starts. One more important thing i will like to share the equipments you get on installation like SetTop Box, Antena, LNB and even the cable used to connect all are on advance rent of 3 yrs. What ever you get nothing is yours. You are bound to use their service. Please check in detail all the terms and condition on website and dont get cheated by dealers words untill you get every things in written. At last i will suggest say no to dishtv or similar services in india. when you say, at the time of purchase you have 1 year MAXI subscription. Then you must include it in your bill receipt, did you do that. what you have like warranty, type of connection and money paid and validity of subscription. you must include them all in the receipt then only you must pay the money. before that you must cross check everything with the customer care about what the dealer confirmed with you and check if everything is correct.

It is very reassuring to know that you are viewing Dish Tv in the US.
Quite recently I procured a receiver box from India prepaid for couple of months and brought it to Sydney, only to be told by two of the three technicians I have approached for installation that the signal is beamed to India and Sydney not being in the footprint would not be able to pick it up.
One of the techinicans even went to the extent of climing on my roof fixing the Dish and tried to pick up which he never could and showed me on the web that it was directed only to India.
Joe, it would help if you can let me know what frequency you are picking up this signal in the US and off what satelite ( I gather Dish beams of satellite NSS 6 on Ku band ) so I can then check if what you can pick up from can be done from Syd.

I have reported a problem with my dish TV VC No. 01505294231 ( Mumbai, India) on 14th may 08. Till date they have not attended to my problem , inspite of making around 4-5 calls in a day. Since we do not have a luxury of time, we have no choice than to keep calling and hoping for their services. But all that i want to sincerely say is given a cahnce i would like to unsubscribe with this service provider . It is utterly disgusting to be a part of such unprofessional group. Having paid money, i am keep my patience. Else i would have thrown it into the sea.The services are handldled by cheap and low class local outlets, leading to this lelev of services. Installation quality is poor.
customer care is horrible. Difficult to get the number, people are unprofessional.
If you have any problem u will have to consider weeks before the problem is resolved.
I have switched to TATA SKY and it rocks.

Hi… DishTV is the most pathetic customer care service one could ever come accross.
1.Toll free Call center numbers are always busy
2.Paid call center numbers put you through long waiting time before some one responds.
3.Once you could reach the call center executive he/she seeks so many information so you start regretting why you were so desparate to talk !
4.After explaining complete details, the call center executive puts you on hold and the call gets disconnected.
5.Keep on re-trying and same event will repeat for 10 times (believe me… it has happened with me)
6.11th time that call center guy told me that he is not able to fethc my account details on his computer so call back after 15 mins.
7.I also tried to login my complaint through their website which works fine when you renew your account and pay online, but once you fill in the complaint & press submit button … it just refuses to respond !!
8.Tried sending email to both the email ids mentioned above… no luck/response so far 🙁
9.My local dealer is an absolute cheat and hence i resorted to make payment online. (no help expected from him any more)
10.Accounting system is utmost clumsy and ambigious… inspite of making annual renewal it still says 3.22 Dr.
11.Annual renewal date is short of 5 months… god only knows why !!! (renewal date was originally 24 may 2008, i renewed it on 21 may 2008 and the next renewal date it shows is 21 Jan 2009) … whoof !!
I don’t know whom should i contact in such situation and regret my decision of buying DishTV more than ever now.

The worst ever after sales service. No body in Dish TV listens to you. Even after 4 complaints, no body bothers to atttend. Here is the last communications to them:

I wish to bring the following three points to your notice for your consideration and advice:
1 The after-sale-service of DISH TV is really the worst. Earlier when my set up boxes were not working within the guarantee period, I was made to pay for repairs and the repairs were delayed considerably. For the second set up box I had to go myself to get the same repaired at Lawrence Road near Britannia. Now one set up box (01504115432) is not aligned to the TV. Due to some reason I had not used one TV during 2-3 months but the set up box was kept on. Now there is no picture though the set up box seems to be O.K. However, there is no help from the Dish TV. I have lodged following complaints but so far these complaints have not been attended to.
(i) Complaint No. 13856930 Lodged on 14.06.08
(ii) Complaint No. 13857548 Lodged on 21.06.08
(iii) Complaint No. 14156645 Lodged on 30.06.08
(iv) Complaint No. 14156645 Lodged on 05.07.08
None of these complaints have so far been attended to. Don’t you think it is shameful for a company of your stature? What do think I would become your ambassador and tell others that you provide very good service? I earnestly hope that you would look into this before I make up my mind to go a Consumer Court for deficiency in service.
2 As my set up boxes are 1 year old, I have been looking for someone who would undertake AMC. I checked up your website, the names and telephone numbers given therein do not respond. Your helpline provided the following name and telephone numbers:

3 Keeping in view the fact that DISH TV does not provide after sales service and nobody in Dish TV is concerned about it, I am willing to undergo punishment for having ventured to buy your set up boxes. Kindly let me know, how I can get rid of at least one set up box No. 01504115432 which is not working for the last 6 months. I am not asking for refund. I only want to continue with my other set up box no. 01504115440. I want to experiment with Tata Sky which is reputed to provide better service. I hope you can certainly advise on this. (I am asking the procedure so that you do not discontinue both my set up boxes at least till the time I get the Tata sky installed). So please kindly help.
4. I am writing this email as I have failed to get a positive response and action after talking to your customer helpline/ customer care service department. This is being written in the hope that somebody senior would read and respond to it.

I am writing to you – out of sheer frustration and helplessness. I am a DISH TV subscriber for the past one year and – perhaps have had the worst customer experience. TV today is more of a necessity and like a mobile one expects it to be working all the time.
Companies like TATA SKY have been growing by leaps and bounds and improving upon the customer service every passing day – DISH TV is on the reverse track and getting bad to worse. (this comment is coming from the prespective that I have a TATA SKY connection at office)
For the last one year I had god knows how many issues – today I have finally decided to get rid of the DISH TV from my home – so thought it prudent enough to write an email.
Issues that one faces:
On most of the days the SIGNAL doesn’t come and the message is flashed contact the customer service.
All fine now to contact the customer service it’s a herculean task:
Number doesn’t get through.
The menu has no option to file a complaint – probably the boss’s at DISH TV live in a flase paradise that the customers will have no complaints.
After you enter your 11 digit VC number – the call doesn’t connect to the executive – its ages and some where around 10-15 calls to get through to the executive. Their response is as pathetic as I can get. Being a professional I don’t understand what how one would tolerate such type of individuals in the call centre (if its company owned) if its outsourced then in that case someone is really taking you guys for a ride…
Now once you are able to get thru and register your complaint it takes the SERVICE PERSON 12-15 days to come – WOW that’s pretty fast in today’s world. Even in prehistoric times I think this would have been faster.
The guy comes owner not at the appointed time but at his sweet will – probably he assumes that everyone who watches TV is a “wella” and would be at home always.
Things do get sorted but the relief is short lived – the channels work for a few days and then go off again – now we start from scratch the herculean task of try to lodge a service complaint.
Anyway this is the small cycle – which I have repeated not once or twice but 5-6 times… Being a professional and that too in a healthcare industry I do well understand the concept of service industry. At point in my career there was an opportunity to join DISH TV and today I thank my stars that I didn’t and also think of dumping the little stock I hold of DISH TV.
Guys a sincere comments you need to go miles n miles.. competition is going to start biting at your heels and you will not even know what happened and will sink without a trace.
I have wrote this while driving to work …. So the thoughts might be bit here and there .. but the fact remains that you are no where going forward … in making DISH TV a brand to reckon. Oh.. by the way – this is not me only who has faced this issue there are few other subscribers who have faced the same issue but were smart enough to shift to TATA SKY.

I have been using Dish tv for 2 years in Chennai but I never had such issues. It has much more chanels compared to tatasky.except the signal gets cut off during heavy rain we have not faced problems.

I have a similar experience with Dish TV connection. Regret that i didnt read the review before buying it. I bought the set up box from local dealers on 17th of August and till now no one turned up to install it. Almost 20 calls go every day to dealers and customer care but no luck. on 19th dealer said 90 % they will install on same day , but today it was 100 % sure that they wud come to install, but no luck. More then year I’m using the dish TV connection. Past 5 day my connection is not working. I had raised the complained 5 day before. Still nobody come to home and rectified the problem. I have called several times to call center # 1800-180-3474. Every time somebody will pick the phone they will ask the all the detail and address. Then they will inform that some technical person will visit my palace. But nobody turn back.
This is worst service faced in my entire life. If the problem not rectified by today I will tell to everybody about your poor service.

This to in form you that I there was some problem with my set top box for which i had lodged a complaint
with dish T.V. (Complaint no.-15623388) for which a person From-Meltek infosys tems Pvt ltd Tel-66320133 collected the
box & later on informed me that it was damaged due to water. and would cost around 1200Rs.
Iam 100% sure that is not due to water but due to some thing else & would not cost more than 300.Rs
Kindly consider my complaint in a proper manner so as to avoid forther action.
Please note that if due attention is not paid in this regard, I will have to lodge a complaint with the Consumer Redressal forum
and also an awakening article in the prime News Papers which would not bring a good name for DISH TV.

I have been using Dish TV since last July. Their service is worst rather irritating. After three months they disconnected the services informing that I have not paid full amount. Then after lot of pain and efforts I got it back after 15 days. Hence I lost 15 days within first 6 months. Evey time I have to spend 15-20 minutes on phone to get them.
Now they have disconnected the services informing that I have to pay extra subscription reason they say is they upgraded my package. I do not know how they can upgradde or down grade the package without the consent/request of the customer.
Now when I contacted them on phone they were telling that first I have to renew our subscription then only they can do something.
Please do not go for Dish TV as their customer service is very very poor.

They are very bad at service and reception both. First of all – for reception – it rarely comes LIVE :(. It will just go off for funny reasons that they have virus in their network or its just loose connection (which is too often). In a day at least 3-4 hous, you will have no reception.
On customer service side, I got through after hours of wait …. after that also, when people come online – they will ask for funny VLC number as opposed to your address to send people. All in all, they will never send people to fix things. They just talk.
I talked to Deepak in western region and he simply refused to give me his supervisor. He said madam – you can hang now.
Moreover – he was very adamant, discourteous. When I told him I have paid 28000 Rs for 7 connections – still he was sleeping I think as it did not seem as if he heard anything.
PLEASE – this is a well wisher – if you want to avoid the agony – do not buy DISH TV.

I am fed up to an extent that I really feel like shooting them if they come in front of me. Till date, I never seen such a pathetic customer service from any vendor I dealt with. I must say: DitchTV, a piece of shit (PoS) leads in customer dissatisfaction.
Here is the reason for this great honor to them: I travel at times for my work and whenever I have plan to travel for long term, I prefer not to recharge subscription as I don’t need it and that certainly makes sense. Whenever I return back, I buy a subscription online to get my signal activated but it’s not so easy. Here we go…. I paid the subscription online and called them after 24 hours to tell that I paid my subscription but its still not activated, their unprofessional, ridicules and good for nothing customer care executive told a crap story and to wait for 72 hours. 2nd call gone to them after 72 hours and they said, we will check and get back to you, wait for 48 hours. 3rd call gone after 48 hours and they said there seems to be some problem, a ticket was logged to sort out the problem and I was told to wait for another 48 hours. Problem remained as it is so I called up again (4rd call) after 48 hours to know the status of the ticket and I got to know that ticket was closed, the sarcastic customer care executive told me to raise a fresh ticket, he didn’t knew the reason why the ticket was closed. So as usual, I was told to wait for another 48 hours to have my signal back. This repeats every time I go out long term for work.But this time they beaten all their records and even 2nd ticket was closed without any solution and I have been told to raise 3rd ticket, which I just now did and realized, how big shit is under my hood so thought of writing this feedback to warn people….to stay away from this PoS.
I am blindly comparing it with Tata Sky which I bought 2 years back for my parents back home in Chandigarh and really admire my decision. Thank god, my parents need not be in all these hassles. We got couple of interim problems with Tata Sky too but the turn around time and customer care is really admirable. They were prompt and understood the customer pain.
I have close to 10 people in my network that spent money in buying this PoS and close to 8 are in plan to get rid of it.
I bought this PoS under a scheme from Big Bazzar 1 year back and can not carry it ahead on my shoulders anymore.
To sum up, here are cons I see in DitchTV a PoS:
1. Absolutely no customer service
2. No Toll Free to log a complaint, the given numbers will take on an average 30min for you to connect to that good for nothing customer care executive. I am in Bangalore, so for me it’s an STD number.
3. Poor response time
4. What they say they don’t offer, I read couple of other forums and seen people complaining about the discrepancy in package, even I am also the victim for the same but my major fight is to get the signal up itself.
5. Low quality customer care executives
6. No escalation matrix available, the only way to contact them is to call customer care or email which they will never respond.
7. They never give waver for this all downtime. I am struggling from fast 10 days to get my signal back but my subscription clock is on and I already lost 10 days of my subscription for which I am not at fault.
Pros:
The one and only Sharuk Khan is marketing it. I wish there could have been a forum available for asking questions to celebrities and I am going to shoot just one query, they got wealth and fame then what makes them sell out themselves for such crap products. This certainly spoils their market image.
That’s all about my experience with DitchTV a PoS, I am all set to go to consumer court to file a case but not sure how much that will be helpful. But I am sure this write-up will help you taking a better decision for choosing a right Service provider.

DIsh TV us the Worst of all from my experience. i had a setup box which stopped working all of a sudden based on my query they said since the setup box is old i will have to upgrade the software. i had to carry the setup box all the way to their office to fix the problem and pay for it, more over the disruption of services for more than a week was terrible experience.Customer care service is horrible. Try others like Big TV or Tatasky

Yes, you can receive indian channels through Dish TV in sydney. I agree the customer service is very poor, but again cheap price = poor service. I have paid the full year subscription and I receive 170 channels. The only problem is I don’t have any time to watch these channels. GOD HELP ME

Monster Jobs Active, powered by Monster.com, and Shaadi Active – all these services can be accessed by just a click of the DishTV remote in the comfort of one’s home,” said Salil Kapoor, COO, DishTV.
DishTV claims to offer maximum width and depth of content with over 240 channels and services.
The creative agency for this TVC was Lowe Lintas. However, DishTV has only recently roped in TAG Delhi as its creative agency. The production house is Red Chillies, while the director of this TVC is Haroon Mirza. The campaign is expected to last for about four weeks.
While the marketing budget was not disclosed at the time of filing of the report, it has been learnt that DishTV has called for 360 degree advertising campaign to promote ‘Life Services’. One of the reasons for using television as a medium to promote its Internet services is because of the low broadband penetration in India, which stands at around 2 per cent, and since television penetration is over 50 per cent in India, this move is seen at as aim to help spread awareness of its ‘Life Services’ to wider audiences.

Hi Guys, Do all are read the conditions when u go for buying DTH? They are giving 1 Year warranty only for that we are paying rupees 2000+. There is no guarentee after that one year and if the Dish damaged due to some internal or external problems we have to spend more amount to solve. And also the cost of Channel packages are also more when compare with local cable operators cost. Just think before buy DTH.

Im using dish tv for past 5 months and i can say im very happy and satisfied with the service they are giving me .
first of all im paying rs 175 for tamil channels like sun tv , chutti tv , raj , raj digital ,ss music , jaya tv , kalaignar tv , isaiaruvi , sun music . then i get 5 sports channels in basic pack where i get every sports channel except neo sports and neo cricket .
I get 4 channels under the package name explorer where i get animal planet , discovery , National Geographic channel and fox history and entertainment which comes as part of free al-carte.
I pay rs 50 for channels like Zee studio , HBO , Sony Pix , MGM , Star Movies and WB And get 2 entertainment channels like Zee Cafe and Star World.
Coming to customer service when i bought the waiting time for agents to pick the calls was around 10-12 minutes but in past few months the response has been very good and the representatives are very polite unlike sun direct where they are very rude .
Then i would like to comment on the software , dish tv uses a very good software even though it is based on MPEG 2 Platform . The only disadvantage is MPEG2 Technology is it will hold less number of channels ….. But it can still hold a max of 400 Channels .
Reports that MPEG4 has better audio and video quality is crap , ive seen no difference .
During the rainy season the outage for dish tv is max of 5 minutes only but in sun direct it takes more than 15 minutes . this is not hoax and it is real because my dad has sun direct .
Package cost of sports and add on package in sun direct is very costly.
So make your decision.

I signed up for a Prepaid DishTV (Zee Netowork) connection. I received 3 calls confirming the transaction and an email stating that the connection would be up and running within 24 hrs, was also given a token number and assured next time I call nobody would be asking me for my personal information.
Next day, I tried calling the installation agency the name of the agency was Kaizen Communication – 9222496413 ( nobody picks the line), I got a call from a technician who said he would come to fix the dish took my residence details , past 24 hrs and no sign of the person.
I even called up the customer support number only to be pushed around , when I requested to be transferred to a supervisor the agent cut the line.
At least with the cable operator , you can meet the person face to face. I am worried if I am being pushed around for a connection, how much more problem I am going to face when an actual problem arises. Also , Dish TV (call centre told me there is no office in Mumbai to address customer complaints or to meet anyone) , I’ve paid money on the basis of trust. The site does not even provide details of a customer grievance cell ( I thought that is mandatory by law to protect the interest of customers).

We returned to operate dish tv after 6 months.paid subscription money. Madam collecting it advised rs 450 annual maintainence charges as dish gets misaligned. It was working ok for first six months.reached home and found no signal.Had to complain repeatedly and telephone for two days for mechanic’s visit.His visit also didn’t start operation immediately. I think it is ploy to extract money from customers. they stop signal and charge for maintainence.Similar suffering consumers should also voice their concern.

Most of the time the prescribed channels will not come..if you raise an issue they would charge 150/- +service tax.
Other major issue please be careful with service engineers who visit your home, they would steal.
If you still wish to use Dish tv, have atleast couple of people infront of engineers when they are working at your home.

My life is completely Focked-Up now. From the time we got this Bl00dy Vision Asia Sh1t. My wife has turned into a complete RETARD, watching the crap on these channels regularly. She hasn’t the faintest clue of any current affairs or news about the country she is now a citizen of and lives in. No interest whatsoever in News / Current Affairs / Recipes / National Geographic / Discover / History or any other really good channel.
No interest in the kids or family either. Just watching and absorbing the bullsh1t from these channels all day long and the trying the same on her in-laws. My parents haven’t the faintest clue why she behaves like this. They think the mood swings are caused by her approaching menopause (she’s only 40 although) but I can clearly see the emerging pattern of things around. At times when I try to reason with her she says all that she watches actually happens in the real world in real life.

I would like to draw your attention towards one of the most pathetic and unprofessional service i have encountered through DishTV.
Please find the series of incidents below which has forced me to register this complaint
I requested for relocation of my existing DishTV ,ID (01516766033) and specifically requested for engineer after 2:00 PM .
Next day i received a call from Engineer @1:00 PM that he has arrived, inspite of me telling him that I will be only available after 2:00 Pm he told me that he will not wait till 2:00 pm and will leave , which forced me to leave from office early .
Since we have constructed newhouse i requested him to connect the dishtv through internal cabling which we have provisioned , he immediately refused as he doesnt have connector to do so , i bought him connector from market and he initiated the work and finalized that there is some issue in internal cabling. I told him to wait as my workers have gone for lunch ( i.e the reason for calling engineer after 2 pm) @ 2;30 my workers cam and resolved the issue in 15 – 20 min.
then this dishtv engineer refused to work and said that he doesnt have time. I told him that i will speak to the manager and will pay extra he doesnt agreed on that too and started laying external cables. I told him not to do so and refused to pay if he lays the cable from outside. he didnt said a word and without telling me he disconnected STB from dish antenna and kept in his bag and started to leave. If I wouldnt have noticed this he would have fled away with the STB. I stopped him and asked fro the STB which he refused to give back and resort to foul language and physical assault. I paid him complete money without Receipt to get the STB back. Till now i have made 2-3 complints to service center but no responce and I am unable to avail any service .
