ebay has terminated their promotion of affiliate programs via commission junction and now has started their own partner network using which you can promote eBay and make money by getting commissions. Here are some of the features of their own program :
What do I get paid for?
Each eBay Partner Network advertiser and program pays for different actions. However, they all have one thing in common: they only pay for quality traffic, be that a bid, purchase or registration.
How much will I get paid?
eBay Partner Network has some of the most generous affiliate commissions on the web and how much you earn depends on how much quality traffic you drive every month – the more you drive, the more you earn. Each program has a different payment structure.
The new rates of eBay partner programs are as follows :
Promoting eBay.in from January 2008 :
Total Active users recruited Compensation per ACRU
0 – 100 $1.50
101 – 500 $2.00
501+ $3.00
The above payment terms clearly show that eBay is planning to pay lot more than they were doing via cj which was around 0.60$ per user registration and confirmation. In this new network they are going to pay a minimum of 1.5$/new active user signup and confirmation. In the same way eBay is going to pay you 25$ onwards for every US registration and the commission will hike upto 35$/registration based on the number of active users referred.

The signup procedure is quite simple with 2 forms required to be filled which when completed ebay team will send you a email regarding the status of your application and later when you login you will be given with options for the programs which are automatically approved for you, in my case ebay france was rejected and all the other ebay stores were approved which i could instantly start promoting.
A Link Generator page would help you out in generating link codes for promotions with options like Geo-Target ebay, Default Program, Link Action, Link Action etc

I am already a member of eBay Partner Network.
How do I get my affiliate URL of https://www.ebaypartnernetwork.com/
so that I can advertise and drive traffic to eBay Partner Network?
If I want to drive traffic to eBay Partner Network, I need my own affiliate URL.
But eBay Partner Network doesn’t seem to understand this. They never sent me one.
I sent them emails many times, but they don’t give me my affiliate URL.
What can I do?
I also tried to create my own affiliate URL by using Tools and Link Generator.
I chose Custom URL, and created my own affiliate URL from https://www.ebaypartnernetwork.com/.
When I did this, my affiliate URL is taking me to eBay.com.
It is not taking me to eBay Partner Network’s website. That is not working.
Do you know how to fix this problem and get my affiliate URL?

How much commission will I get if I drive some visitor from my site to an eBay store
and if that visitor bought an item?
I heard it is 50%. If the visitor from my site went to eBay and bought an item for $100,
will I get $50 commission? True or False?

Why doesn’t eBay Partner Network ask the eBay store owners to provide banners
and links (URLs) to eBay affiliates so that eBay affiliates can advertize their banners
and drive traffic to eBay stores? Why didn’t they impliment this activity properly?
When I asked these questions, I never got answers from eBay Partner Network. They are very poor in knowledge. They have been sending me irrelevant answers.
Who created this eBay Partner Network program?
Why are they doing business like this?
