A camera is required to be cleaned once in a while to avoid your photographs from looking bad. Cleaning a camera should be done carefully as all the internal parts of a camera are very sensitive and fragile. To clean a camera and maintain it in the perfect most condition, all you have to do is follow the steps given below in order.
- Open the back of your camera and blow compressed air into it to remove all the dust out of it. You can also use a bulb tube which blows air when you squeeze it.
- Again use compressed air to blow off any dust on the lens. Then clean the surface of the lens thoroughly with a special lens cleaner and a lens cloth.
- Dip a piece of cloth into water and wring out as much as water you can. Now use the piece of wet cloth to clean the casing of the camera. Make sure no water seeps into the interior of the camera.
- Now take a tooth brush(old or new but must be clean). Use the tooth brush on the crevices on the camera casing and clean it thoroughly.
- Finally use an eraser to rub off the dirty particles on the battery of the camera.
That is it. Your camera is clean and is at its best.
Warning : Do not open the camera which has a film loaded in it. Doing so and exposing it to the light may destroy the pictures in it.
