LG GD910 Watch Phone Review

March 3, 2010 by Tony Stark

We all, time and again are on the look out for classy and that something essence in the things we buy. Each generation has its own expectations pertaining to that era. Keeping that in mind, LG has produced the top most in techno savvy world a watch phone. This is not just any watchphone, this is a £500 globule makes your wrist pride what with its orange colored tint. This definitely give all a Wow feel and look. Wonder if it is watch or a phone ? Well toss a coin and the coin will fall well vertical. Its Both. Though at the first instance it could be passed of as those modern armlet or lucky charm bangle; but think again before you jump to any conclusion. This leather strap Watch phone could have been a better deal with a metal strap. It is definitely heavier than an ordinary wrist watch, but no problem passé pa. If you take the phone into account and only focus on the word phone and leave out the plethora of operations and attention-grabbers that they have added to the updated mobiles, then there is a surprise for you. Wow how it works.

After all, it was only in this decade that Ericsson’s T39 and 101 x 54 monochromatic display was considered the ‘it’’ phone. So we should not think the LG’s 128 x 160 resolution as being particularly restrictive. The device has its own clarity and the touch screen is terrific. The creation is also heartening, The sturdy flexible ersatz leather strap and the water resistant stainless steel case is sure to last for quite some time. The complete set of physical buttons above are such that it needs no explanation. The touchscreen picks up the best part of routing duties. The buttons can be easily identified so that mistakes are not committed while pressing the right key. This is quite similar to the LG KF900 Prada

LG GD910The speakerphones that come along with the phone is well neither too good nor is it that bad. On a regular basis on making calls there is no problem hearing in any position unlike some phones where you have to hold it in a particular position. A Bluetooth headset would be an ideal preference unless you want everyone around you to hear your conversation. On whole the purpose of a watch and a phone is well used and though there are a few short falls when going through the menus and all. More to keep in mind is that you will be gazing at the default contrast black and white clock, and when you press those two side buttons will you get the home screen and the fashionable watch of your choice. But come what may, a rare combination of a watch and a phone is always a double take for everybody who is techno savvy.
