Here is the complete list of Open Source Scripts which can help you to make a website similar to Digg or Reditt, normally called as clone websites. All the following scripts are free and you can customise them very easily.
Pligg is an open source content management system available for download at no cost. Pligg is based on PHP/MySQL. Pligg requires that your server has installed a recent version of PHP and MySQL. You must be able to access a MySQL database for storing data, if you don’t know how or if your web host offers MySQL access please contact your host for details.

Diggclone
The diggCLone project is an effort to reproduce the functionality of the oh-so-popular social bookmarking site, digg.com. We’ve changed up a few things about it, but kept how the site basically works. Right now, we’re still in some of the early stages, though, so some of the functionality isn’t there yet.
You can download the Upwarded source to implement your own, registration-free site in the style of Digg. You can either create your own website based on this and republish your changes under the same license, or simply have a look at some of the functions or the site structure. I’m using this basic approach/ framework for many sites – a single index.php5 file will change functionality depending on the mode parameter, a htaccess file will make the URLs nice, and classes surround it depending on functionality needed. RSS and widgets are exported to static files for better caching.
GrabTheMic is an Open Source implementation of community-driven news sites such as Digg (http://www.digg.com) and Reddit (http://www.reddit.com). It is powered by Ruby on Rails.
A “digg like” news submitter/voter (non-hierarchical editorial control for you wordphiles) created using industry standard PHP and MySQL.
