Facebook is one of the best ways to promote your product and services online, hence we need to make sure that all the stuff which are listed on our fan pages are perfectly organized and everything is working perfectly. In this article we will be discussing on how you could sort the tabs and re-arrange the same on your fan pages of which you are the administrator.
When you visit our blogs fan page located at – http://www.facebook.com/AmitBhawaniBlog you would find that the tabs on the top are displayed by default in the following order.
- Wall
- Info
- Links
- Photos
- Discussions
- Blog
You can easily add more Tabs to the fan pages by using the help of applications like static FBML which would not just add tabs but also custom boxes to your Facebook profile pages. Since adding tabs is easy, it’s better to even customize the way they are displayed ie in the order which can be more useful for everyone.
In order to get started with the re-arrangement of these tabs you need to first login to your facebook account and then visit the fan page. Next start dragging and dropping the tabs in the order you would like to arrange them, but you should also make a note that the first two items ie the ‘Wall’ & ‘Info’ wont be moving but all the other items would move as per your requirement.
The task is very easy but without knowing the right step you would be always confused on how would this work. Just selecting the tabs and using the drag and drop option you can sort and arrange the tabs based on your preference.

Edit page > Manage Permissions > Default Landing Tab. Wall is set by default.
