The problem now is that there have been many similar companies like Unipay2u, Visarev, Global Index Wing, StockGuru India, TVI Express, Japan Life, Quantum Funds Online etc which have already been closed in the past few years and this new company ie Speakasiaonline.com should also follow them. I don’t know how company can force, it is fraud it can not take you in court. Speakasia has no foot just flying. Company will have to show all the legal papers of survey partners. It has to business certificate in India. I think this company is paying at least half of all the money to shut mouth. I think this is last phase of speaksiaonline. It should be banned.
If people will start earning lakhs from just filling up surveys, then good bye engineers and doctors. Parents will start teaching them MLM. What the heck? I just don’t know how do educated people get into all this. Speakasia is the next version of eBiz, forcing young college students to lose money and more importantly waste their time.

It’s not lakhs by filling in surveys. You get only 52K per annum if you fill all the surveys. It is no surprise that Speak Asians are responding to this article to defend. Why on earth are SO MANY people writing negative about a venture that they don’t believe in ? Probably there is some vested interests. You could either be one of the many distributors that are going to get hit by the launch of the E-commerce site or you are afraid that no one would be fool enough to join your AMWAY. Well I dont know whom to favour , but tell you something , just as a layman . whats wrong in investing in a place where you get the refund of your premium in few days and later you get more bonus out of it .and it keeps on going the same . Definetly there are some negative forces against such concept .As some body mentioned about e-commerce which is exactly happening . So rather being judgemental and saving others investment by putting such comments , why not to invest 11000 and get your money back with the bonus .. All I know i got my money back . In past few years i did research on many such so called MLM companies.. like Free India Concept, RMP..etc.. attended many meetings of such companies to know them in better way..but i did not join in any of them..they all closed in short time with a multi million/billion scam.. the latest example of that is RMP (Resource of Money and Power), My cousin lost many Rs in that ..as they all did not get long term success in field so this new concept of online Scam is imerged…

I too have been contacted by some of my friends and client to join this company but I have refrained my self from this tempting offer and claims of company.
The company says that the direct survey are taken by marketing departments of other companies to get targeted response so take an example:
If I am offered a survey for a shaving cream company will it be the genuine one from me Keeping in mind that I am a Sikh by religion and has nothing to do with Shaving Creams.
If you join these type of companies early then you may earn for a year or two but ultimately they will vanish in future. So you may not loose money but will definitely loose your credibility in your social circle and with people who joined the company just because of you.
My dear friend u right to an extent but u r forgetting dat survey is for everyone..if u dont use shaving cream than u can mark it in the survey that – “i dont use this product” n survey is finished..this tells company that what percentage of consumers is using dat product…

Well i want to ask all people speaking against speakasia that is ……are they aware that there are other online surveys in world or they are just commenting on the news or they dont have any work and do time pass on net ……please check the top ten companies of world in google……one is toluna …………….which was working on speakasia model ………first they use to joining and now they have all over world there network and have more that 2.5 cr penalist and now they dont charge …..butthey pay through gifts ..better go and do ur researches first and then comment……im not an employ of the company but joined 5 months back with 33k and noone i had reffered but getting 13200 every month

i am a speakasian. i want to know one thing how company is going to pay 1500000 * 4000= 6000000000 per month. ie 600 hundred crore monthly and 7200 crore in a year to pay the penalist.

Every body is speaking about hard earned money (only 11000) is at risk. What the hell one can do with only 11000 rupees in this time of inflation. If you want to earn from business the idea must be new and lacs or rupees would be on stake. Then where the risk of 11000 fall. I am with this company for last 1 month 22 days and earned that much money which is more than my salary of six months. Moreover, everybody in my downline are very happy that i suggested them such a plan. We have party together on weekend enjoy our life very much. Moreover, there is simple thing i said to them your 11000 rupees are on stake. If you can bear that risk then ok otherwise do what you do. I didn’t force anybody at all. All of us are living a family life, i wish the company going on forever!!
I was fed up with my job too much for last 4 years speakasia show me the new horizon. I don’t care for silly thing like registration, office in india, selling of survey and news, As i have seen the three names of the company before i join it. People who are thinking for all these are loosing there time. Right action at right time always gives success. HMMM…I just put in 33k in speak asia on recommendation of more than 30-40 people…this thing has seriously taken off…Now let’s suppose people have only invested basic 11k…..that mean with a base of almost 15 lakh investors..that is 15,00,000 X 11,000 = 1650,00,00,000 or One thousand six hundred and fifty crore rupees….and over that a buffer margin of 3 months before returning that money…I say the owner knows his cards well……on the other hand…if we say that surveys are fake and whatever….still…..if i were to have that customer base and do things so publicly..i am sure i would be able to return the customer’s money in time…this is more like a VERY VERY risky mutual fund investing in god knows what (if not surveys)…….but it is returning as of today…..and it is a risk worth taking…surveys hardly waste your time…..and are very quick….that doesn’t mean stop working / quit ur regular jobs……keep it as a bonus money and after you have recovered your amount…reinvest from the profits…….be safe….
but star panel is not sending survey neither they r available on there site .

speak asia says companies like tata, bharti & bata are their clients…. ok… now …. lets assume that speak asia have 2.5 million surveyors asiawide…. and every1 surveyed about all these companies…. so the total amount paid to the surveyors by these company is 125 cr. INR (rs.) …. now if you check the companies quarterly results, profit & loss account & balance sheet…. there is not even a single penny of expences in research & development section…. so ow can you believe that these companies are paying for surveys….. and yesterday 3 companies…. bata, airtel & icici denied that we are not clients of speak asia….. so how can you believe this company…. i do agree that you got payment from speak asia…. but its only the rotation of money like a pyramid….. like you play BC in local level….. this company has no base of business……
this SPEAK ASIA is foolig the indian people, when i heard about this company, the first thing which came to my mind was lets check its genuin or not….. i talked to so many peoples who are member or so called SURVEYors of this company, i found that no one knows what they are doing and for whom they are SURVEYing. 1 SURVEYor told me he has SURVEYed for tata nano, that means a product of tata motors. SPEAK ASIA says that it got payments from their clients…. that means tata motors is a client of SPEAKASIA, and if we assume that today there are 2.5 million SURVEYors are there to SURVEY about tata nano and every ong get 550 rs. that means the total MONEY is 1375000000 rs. near about 137.5 cr. rs. and where this 137.7 cr came from….??? this MONEY came from tata nano (tata motors) because tata motors pays SPEAK ASIA 137.5 cr rs. but when i checkedthe balance sheet and final accounts of tata motors it shows that tata motors have not spent any single pnny in their research & development since 3 quarters. what this bloody means…..???? this means dat tata have not paid any MONEY to SPEAK ASIA for research & development. SPEAK ASIA collects the MONEY from their new members & pays to the older members….. this company is fooling us around my friends….so be aware…..
when a company wants the opinions and suggestions about their product…. they take a SURVEY…. the SURVEY is generally use to took from their consumer…. if we take a same example of tata nano which i talked about in my earlier post…. there are so many people who have tata nano… and there are so many people are here also who dont even have a bike….. dat means the people who dont even hav a bike …. who dont know about cars are also SURVEYing about tata nano…. dat means the company’s SURVEY is false…. and company can not go to any conclusion from this SURVEY… then why company is doing such a SURVEY by paying every person 550 rs…..????

@Nifty…hello friend..Strange!! speakasia never surveyed for tata nano ..atleast u must have confirmed before writing aur agar kiya bhi hota to aap kamal hai ..apko TATA MOTORS ka balance sheet may month me mil gaya…financial year to shuru hua h abhi…ha..ha..ha n till the best of my knowledge all the corporate compnies needs survey before and after launching of any kind of product…Around such 600 are companies in india itself dat u can easily get from the internet..otherwise non of the market research agency should have been working in india..while i got a big list after searching on google…i dont know about balancesheets but ye market research agencies ko koi to paise deta hoga ..they r not charitable trusts after all…further u can checkout the yearly turnover of “nelson”..It is around 2200 cr. And nelson is just a market research agencies which is paid for market research through surveys….
Till the spendature on surveys is concerned….recently a survey was done ..around 150 cr. peoples were involved..CENSUS…Do u know what was the budget of this survey (goverment) it was 201 cr. you can check it out..and suppose a soap company give only 10 carore for its survey..n say this survey will be done for three other soap companies (same product and surveys are done for ” products ” not for particular brand product as “lux”) Now amount a research agency gets for single survey ……..40cr…u get 8 different surveys a month this becomes 320 cr. divide it by 16 lakh panelists…each can get 4000 per month or 500 per survey…Any doubt????

But unfortunately if u can not fullfill any of given criteria then u have to subscribe for an e-magzine named e-zine which will guide u about the product information which is to be surveyed and about market research employment…and subscription charges for e-zine are rs.10000 for a year..

I joined speak asia 2 month back insvested 1.6 lac & till I have recover almost more than 70 % amount through binary & survey income.
I heard from people who are very close to speak asia that speakasia is going to open its own office in mumbai within 2-3 month.Also they have strong plan to lauch channel for tele shoppe like home shop 18.Also they are going to listed in indian compaines act may be on NSE.
The people who speak worng about speakasia are definately not a member of speakasia , they just juleous to speak asian member as speak asian make huge profit & they are not joined speak asia & loose opportunity.
Secondly income which recived from speak asia are came through RBI speak asia gives serive tax to RBI.
Company definately have order from other companies to do survey.Oherwise investing 11000 rs. one time giving 4000 rs for one month through out year for 15 lac people from last 1.4 is not possible.It seems company orders from other companies to do survey.

Hi amit, nice discussion is going on. No one is ready to belive that speak asia may be fraud as they are earning right not. People have just became blind behind the money. There is one well said quote in gujarati “Lobhya hoy tya dhutara bhukhya na mare” means, fraud can not die hungry where such people (blind behind money) lives.
Many company had came and gone, money are in business like speak asia and ramsurvey and after that many will keep doing. There is not rules and regularities that can stop such possible frauds.
What we can do is share the opinions. I am also agree that, one day Speak Asia will be proved fraud. And star panel has no registration fees.
Star news it self is very reputed company and hence can not say fake in behalf of ING Vaysya bank, icici bank and so on. So if S.A. is not coming out to prove them, they are fraud. Just wait and watch….

Starnews is spreading crticism among the people coz it is affraid of the fact the speakasiaonline.com is launching TV channel very soon and they are feared of this. This seems to be a propoganda of Star News channel against SpeakAsia. I have been a part of SpeakAsia since October 2010 and have never faced any problems with the payments or surveys till date. This is a very good concept and ould help generate Self Employement among the youths. Star News should refrain themselves from using bad and filthy languages (viz., Gurughantaal) as this is not expected from a National News channel.

Hi Last night I saw on TV that RBI has intervened after the Media allegations and all negative comments against Speakasia.
They issued a statement saying that they are not regulating any MLMs ( My understating that there are 4200 MLMs in India as reported in the Press conference).
They also issued statement that they are going to examine speakasia’s remittances whether they are in order.
When such is the case why you people making all useless comments and wasting your valuabletime.

Sorry if I hurt you.,I have expressed my opinion, this is our fundamental right. You might be getting thousands by referring people to speak asia. Have you ever thought about people who are at the end of the chain. lakhs of people joined in this scam program, those people is going to suffer. there is no wonder if speak asia runs one or two more years as the campaign is going on in such a way. They can conduct meeting wherever they want, they can place ads to any media. because they are making crores .
could you explain my below questions using your logic.
1. Which company will pay you 10$ for just 10 minutes of effort?
2. Why speakasia charge upfront fee of Rs 11000 ? there are so many survey company online like globaltestmarket, said to be the leader in the industry and there is no subscription fee.
3.Speak asia have 20 lakhs of memebrs, and these members required to fill up 1 crore survey forms every month.where did they get these surveys from? it seams all companies are behind speakasia for doing just consumer surveys.
I said it as many of my friends and relative had same kind of experience. There was a money doubling plan called LIS which ran for 4 years. it was same like speak asia, everyday there were TV ads, news paper ads and so many supporters like you compelled people to join in. and finally one day the company shutdown. and the result was

and people who joined in the start-up earned a descent amount of money . but where did these money come from. it came from the innocent people who lost their hard earned money.

Also i mailed them some queries but there star tv people didnt even reply to my mail. The company had not done any thing illegal yet according to govt. of India. And Star news is getting Probabilistic, you can’t do that until you have some strong proof. Statements like this may happen or that may happen won’t work when it comes to such type of business income. What happens in future i don’t Know , if companies like Satyam, ABCL, can go down and have a bad phase it could be with speak Asia. But still i am with this company as it had paid me genuinely.
As a matter of fact, each and every Speakasian who participated as panelist have received their reward money. Even i have received it. I know several Speak asians – not one single person has complained of an issue with reward payment & some have recovered much more than what they put in to subscribe. Its very accurate and very punctual in dealings. In the history of business as this, (although no one in comparison to speak asaia) – Noboday dared to come up and do a large press conference voluntarily. This organization is truly an example of confidence, clarity and vision. Just can understand why some of the points are missed out…. by media or not understood.
1. In the press conference, when speak asia was requested to share client list, the CEO clearly outlined that it can be shared with a NDA and not in public as customers list cannot be made public to competitors. If any of the media has the real intent to scrutinize why dont they sign the NDA and verify and then publish the positive or negative news rather than just harp on what has been loosely stated..
2. The business model for revenue was clearly explained, but repeatedly the media is frenzy on what is the business model !!! Speak Asia marketing chief explain in the press conference, its about consumer empowerment – Revenue stream being – Surveys, Ads, Product Sales and now speak asia is in first phase.
3. Is the media scared that speak asia is coming up with its own TV channel in August, if any one from any of the other channel is scared of the power of speak asai they should rather apply for jobs with speak asia.
4. Question on legality was asked by media repeatedly, the CEO confirmed his interest to be reviewed by RBI, SEBI ect., without any hesitation. And proactively the company has engaged the authorities too. Why will a company which wants to evade pay 64 crores in tax to RBI. The company has clear book of accounts.. what was collected, what was spent, what was given as reward etc., its very clean. And they do not pay through third party as paypal which is historically known for links to fraud schemes.
5. Question on office infrastructure at singapore arised. Its amazing to see multiple version in each new channel without due deligence. One channel says office in a small room in Singapore and the other says 2 floors but no employees. What has size of office or no. of employees got to do with the business size, its not a manufacturing company which will need labourers. The companies power is its pannelist and its powerful survey tools, technology etc., Is face book a huge employer? Is WIKI a huge employer considering the size – They are virtually very strong companies which work on power of internet and technology.
6. One of the news channel showed non compliance by showing some certificate in a website, do you also know there are many other globally popular companies which are non compliant. Why victimize speak asia to kill them?
7. What is the problem if the company parted with huge reward amount? Didn’t reliance give away Rs.500/- mobile phone to lakhs of people when they came in. Arent there any other important things to media to report then speak asia and become mother terase, why should they not report – CWG probe progress, 2G spectrum progress, Land Scams, so many other scams which are of huge magnitude or at least report good thing which happen in the country. You turn on the TV and all they you see is some one murdered, some one looted, some of the other scam or pakistan, ombama, osama…..arent there better things to do for media.

The funny part is, that the questions which Star people asked to Speak Asia are now acting to their own grave.
Ques 1 : Why Does Speak Asia Pays in Dollars if it is doing business in India, Irony is that Star panel also pays in Dollars.

Finally All Speakasian Singapore accounts have been closed by their own bank(UOB) within 2 day and payment for their dear panelists can not be issues till then.

Hhhmm their have been a lots said, blamed, doubts, questioned, supports, abuse and many thing done yet. But I think, I am sorry we should actually analyse the things our own and discuss with the right people about the truth. Their arised few questions are like why only speakasia is questioning abouut speakasia? Why only speakasia not other co. who came later on and in fact everyday new co. are entering in the market? If online survey is a scam or could be a probable cheat the why Star is in this business or they want to do same? And why after more than a year Star news (specifically Star news because they are after life of 18 lac people not behind the co. actually) when these news channels claim that they are the fastest and bring news or truth to us at the earliest then how can it take more than 15 month in Goa fest where the renowned companies have participated and got a huge orders than what they earn 3-4 months in their shops in the malls. Why these world renowned co. are not declaring their relationship with speakasia?
Their actually no. of questions which i can ask to these people. I have joined more than 20 online survey companies and some of them its been more than 4 years to joined. but I have never been paid because I never reached to the minimum threshold when you can place a cash request order. And why is my observation is that these co. will never allowed you to reach to that threshold except few ones to whom you will never know. Only sometimes they will qualify you for a survey and the they qualify when you will answer almost what they want to know in a survey.
Anyways it was little about the other international and national survey co. who actually will never pay you. And I am very confident to tell you about this because I am associated with these co. since long time.
Now come to speakasiaonliine. One of my friend he told me about this co. when came to my room and I asked him does really this co. pay you and I promised him that When he will show me the proof at the same moment I will also be part of this Organisation. Very few days he came to me again and shown me the print out of his bank statement which was showing a transaction of some Rs.3700 approx from UOB bank singapore and if I am right that print out I still have with me.
Anyways, As per My promise I also joined the group on the same day. And after that I did my R& D. And during my R & D I found some Q about the system. Like how can they pay Rs.500 for each survey even when I screen out from the survey while other survey co. they don’t pay you if you are screened out.
I invested , actually its not an investment but in a common people terms in India its an investment what we call, so I did an investment of Rs. 33000 in two parts. and I got back my mony in said time or you can say as per co. system in my a/c on the time first transaction took a 6days of time and other transactions took only 3 days of time. and i got around 65K in 4-5 months in my a/c. And one more thing I would like to share here is that as a being a management student I know that how to prepare a survey questions. So when ever I do a survey I am very keen about the words and and the types of questions. And if I tell you their is no much difference and error in the surveys and why all such errors come because when you upload a survey on website their is an IT team who are generally not so good in terms of written english and some times also formate or spelling can be changed as many of you must have noticed but these are very normal errors.
Anyways now come tothe point and point is that what Star news and why only star news is showing and investing about speakasia after more than a year of operation in India. Were they not aware about the co. earlier? I dont think so atleast these channels must be aware about the co.What are the allegation has Starnews about speakasia are totaly wrong. The majore issues are following?
1- some clients are decline that they are the speakasia client.
2- Co. dose not have any office in India?
3- How speakasia is paying Rs.500/- pe survey when the standard is Rs.60-70 per survey.
4- RBI has sealed the bank a/c of Speakasia?
5- Raid on speakasia office in India?
6- Co. has only 4 employee in its Singapore office?
7- Why they did not reply the email of Money grame email?

Now below could be the probable answer for such questions:
1- During Goa fest co. Chief Marketing director said that while talking to these media people that the BATA and CCD are our cliients and we have done survey for them. Now what happened what he said was partial wrong. However they are write whhatever he said. BATA and CCD had a contract in which it was told that speakasia will do the survey about BATA and CCD and the first 100 speakasia panalist who will do the survey will get a Rs.250/- of gift voucher from BATA and can avail the benefit from any BATA show rooms across India. Now here what happened as a being a marketing person and for your information I have done MBA in marketing in 2008 from one of the good B-schools in India and now in the sales field, I know that what we sales people tell to sale our products in the same way speakasia CMD said while press conference that BATA and CCD are their clients. they are not wrong but only the information communicated was wrong which is very normal in sales field. But All these channels hype it and more than the required. Speakasia CEO Mr. Manoj Kumar he apoologised for the same but I have seen the press conference and found that these press reporters were about to eat the co. personals like they are the biggest guilty in this world till today. And specially from the Star news and Money gramme news paper. Some Mr. Viren was asking questions and he was quite professional during his talk which actuallyy should be the objective of such conferenv.
2- speakasia already has informed all the paneliist who were joining the co. that they are based in Singapore and have a plan to open office in India this year in mid. so their is no cheating from the co. They have started the process to open physical presence in India and seems have plan to make India the main operation office of the co. in near future.
3- Q is that how speakasia is paying Rs.500/- for per survey. I have seen the press conference organised by the co. and their they told us that co. is based in Singapore and not an Indian co. for each survey the standard is $10 which is minimum and in some specific cases it is $125, so they took minimum standard. Now the Q is that how they are paying Rs.500/- for this tey told us that co.work on a share basis like co. will take a part of the co. advertising cost and also the part of sales of products.This is how the speakasia is paying Rs.500/*.
RBI is an India govrt. body and have privileged to operate in India only, then how RBI can sealed the speakasia a/c in India when speakasia dose not have any a/c in India. The truth is that its frenchises have not paid to indian govrnment tax thats why these bodies are after their life and asking to fill the tax.
4* It was said in media that their was a raid pn speakasia, peole must understand here thatPlanet edu doed not havy office in North India and have no plan to open any office.
5- I have seen the two news channel news and one of them is claiming that speakasia hase only a small room and 4 emloyee and one channel says that speakasia is more than bigtarnew.
6- Some local newspaper was also their and the report was behaving like that he was so important and was not answered by the speakasia. I know at this level when you make a complaint directly to the co. CEO thay never replly you for such emil.

people are earning with speak asia….why is it a scam ??
They dont seem to have any valid business model, since
1. no company can afford to pay so much for simple demographic surveys.
2. the work done (giving an opinion) does not seem to justify the amount of money paid for it
3. and what is the reason for taking an upfront amount? in return they are not giving people any company stocks, or gold, or goods. it is just assurance and hope that they will get rich later.
All this seems to suggest that the money that people are getting now, must be the same upfront money which is being paid by new joinees to the scheme. So when new people stop joining someday, the bubble will burst. If this happens, then those who joined early will earn some money, but at the cost of those who joined last who will be the ones to suffer.
And is money earned in this way really good money if it comes through someone’s sufferings?
However many of those who earn well will laugh at the end, and say ‘see i was smart and joined early and made healthy profits before the bubble burst’. This is the main problem India is facing. People are becoming shameless. Lack of morality everywhere. This problem looks more serious than scams.

Don’t you read the website properly? Hope u know English well. The company has clearly said that its transaction is currently on hold and hence payments or survey income will be released once the process is completed.
Also, regarding the product YuG, its your wish to purchase the product from speakasia, no one is forcing you to purchase it. Go it?

I know English very well. The company is saying that the transaction is on hold till the time they won’t get stable or the situation comes under control. But they haven’t mentioned the deadline for it so that the panelist could relax.
No one is forcing me to buy YuG products.. I understand but I said that the products are not as effective or good like it should be.

I think Mukul, U were not fed back properly before your joining speakasia, they made it very clear in their every conferences about the payouts and the future along with the legal status of the company. They never hide anything that TV channels are shouting about. This crucial situation is created by some businessmen and policians who have their vested intrest to defame the company and demoralize the members of speakasia. Star TV network is also involved in it ’cause they have already launched a online survey site called -starpanel. Survey company World Survey of Australia is also working in India and paying more money for their survey than speakasia. But nobody asked about them. This is nothing but a rivalry war against Speakasia.
