    Not always because Nokia has got a great reputation in the mobile market and they are ready to offer a new battery on replacement at no cost which can save their reputation.

    realy this when they replace there battries people stop using local battries….every one wants orignal.nokia handle this shock with g8 care n mind.nokia will got long term banifit

    Quite scary to imagine you’re carrying a bomb with you and even sticking it in your ear when calling someone!…
    Good thing my Nokia doesn’t have that battery.

    I agree with Abishek: this probably hurt Nokia’s reputation alot but they’ll be ok.

    can u tell me what can i do if my mobile is replaced in service centre n new phone is arranged by them and now it has got broken some how can i make a fake bill . if i can what are the precautions i should take.
