The project is being implemented in Dubai in a 2Kms radius area on the name of Downtown Burj Dubai. The builders of the Burj Dubai project are Samsung Engineering & Construction and Besix with a total budget of 20 Billion USD by Emaar Properties. Residential & Commercial Properties are being sold at this huge tower in the range of 3500-4000$/sft.
