\"Reliance<\/a>Reliance Netconnect<\/a> Broadband Services is often claimed to be over charging their customers for higher data usage based bills, but its actually the customers mistake in most cases. Normally most of the Internet Users have a habit of using Slow Internet Connections which range of 256Kb to 512Kb and when they get higher speed connection, they use it for downloading Music & Movies forgetting the download limits they have under the Tariff Plans<\/a>. Following this when they receive Data Card Bills<\/a>, they point their fingers towards the company for over charged bills, which is the very reason Reliance has now started sending Weekly Data Usage Reports to their customers which shows the following information.<\/p>\n

Following is the information which is sent to all the Netconnect Broadband Customers –<\/p>\n

Peak Hrs : 6 am — 10 pm <\/strong>
\nUsage in duration : 3054.95 Mins
\nUsage in volume : 3806.44 MB<\/p>\n

Off Peak Hrs : 10 pm – 6 am <\/strong>
\nUsage in duration : 737.48 Mins
\nUsage in volume : 418.97 MB<\/p>\n

NOTE: Usage data is available for last six months only. Usage data until 24 hrs earlier,will be available on the web site. It is important that you check your usage periodically so that you are aware of your usage pattern vis-a-vis the tariff plan you have opted for.<\/p>\n
