We run a website which is actually a portfolio for our Offline business, hence we have not much idea on getting the statistics of the total visitors who visit our website. We have been promoting a contest, hence wanted to know the statistics to one of our specific page through the Google Analytics system. – Question by a visitor.<\/p>\n

The answer to this is that, its quite possible to get statistics of any single page of a website or blog whose stats are tracked using the Google analytics. You need to first login to your Analytics account and then move towards the left side menu. Here in you will find a link ‘Content’, which once clicked will show a list of some sub-links.Next click on the link which says ‘Top Content’.<\/p>\n

Next you will get a lot of statistics on the right side section of the Analytics website. Here you need to click on the ‘Top Content’ section. You will be redirected a page with all your web pages listed along with detailed stats for the same. Now its time to search for the specific page for which you are looking find the detailed stats. For this you need to go for page by page search by clicking on the next icon and moving around or else entering the page url in the search box.<\/p>\n

Once you have found the right url, click on it and you will get a new page with detailed information on it as shown below.<\/p>\n

In these stats you will find the total pages views for any specific web page for a 30 days period which is the default time, and can be changed too. Along with this the unique visitors which are the visitors who had visited your website for the first time, while page views count is the number of pages they have visited in total. The time on page is one important metric you need to take care off because if you find that the ‘time of site’ is lower than 1 minute, then it seems like the visitors are not interested on the content which are displayed there, hence you need to make changes to increase the time they stay on the website.<\/p>\n

Adsense Performance is actually displayed only if you have integrated Google Adsense with Analytics<\/a> and gives you some idea on the approximate revenue you made from that specific webpage. You can move back to the Top Content section and find out all the web pages on your website which get the highest pageviews.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
