Apple allows you to only transfer or copy applications only though the iTunes application. If you have purchased a new iphone you will have to sync it first with your computer through the iTunes application and register the device and start transferring the files from your computer. The process is quite simple but the only limitation is that you cannot directly transfer files from your computer the way you normally perform with other Mp3 players or external drives.<\/p>\n

The App store on the iTunes offers you with huge number of Applications which are available for both free and both. You need to create a account within the iTunes account and link with your credit card to make purchases from the App store. Just visit the App store, search for the applications and then download it to your computer which would later be synched to your device once you connect it.<\/p>\n

\"Authorize<\/a><\/p>\n

Click on the option to backup your Apple iphone which will save a copy of all your data which includes media like photos, videos, music etc along with apps downloaded through the iTunes. Next disconnect the iphone and then connect the new iphone to the computer which will ask you to register the device.<\/p>\n

Once you register the device you need to click on restore device to restore all the data which was backed up earlier through the first device. Within in a few minutes all the data would be restored into the new device and this would save your time and resources because manually it would be very hard to again download all the files and sync again through iTunes.<\/p>\n

You can authorize upto five different computers through iTunes and before getting started you need to authorize atleast one and sync the iPhone through the iTunes and transfer all the data. Once you have logged into your iTunes account with the logins you can create a copy of all the data stored in your device.<\/p>\n

\"Transfer<\/a><\/p>\n

Once you have connected the second or new iPhone where you would like to transfer all the applications, you will find that iTunes will recognize it. Login with your same iTunes account and then right click on the iTunes icon and select ‘Transfer Purchases’ option which will then copy all the applications which were previously backed up from the first device.<\/p>\n

Depending on the number of apps or the size of the files the transfer process would take some time and the device will show ‘Sync in Progress’ notification in the front of your screen. Eject the device once the process is completed.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
