\nConclusion :<\/strong> Even if the new owners are able to make up 500k revenue from this blog without any costs then it would take them another 8 years to make up the same amount of money. May be the amount paid is not for the traffic it currently gets but for the domain name + search engine rankings + authority in the domain name + single word domain name which is easy for branding and also bankRate would not have to share any revenues with bankaholics.com if they own it. Another reason would be a high amount of Aweber subscribers who would have converted in the last 2 years resulting in a good base for promoting new financial products in the members list.
