The email was having the following information in it.<\/p>\n

\nWe are the department of registration service in China. we have something which needs to confirm with you. We formally received an application on Nov. 22th 2010. One company called “Riccione Brands, Inc. ” is applying to register ” amitbhawani ” as Brand name and domain names as below:<\/p>\n

Overall it seems like these guys would search for the contact email of the domain name owner and then send them a email like the above one following which many people normally find it legit and in a fear that their brand name would be registered by others, they normally opt for paying the charges whatever these scammers ask. This job is quite similar to Domain Trade LLC<\/a> where in people were asked to signup for domain name appraisal service. <\/p>\n
