How can i close or terminate all these apps without rebooting the phone or without uninstalling the apps from the device?

Solution : One of the best reason why we would suggest you to buy a iOS device right now is that you get the multitasking support at of now which means that you can switch between applications easily and also share the apps data here and there based on the requirement.

Normally Apple has introduced the saved slate feature which would by default suspend, close, terminate or hibernate the applications which are switched off. This means that all the apps which don’t support running in the background would be automatically closed off and the ones which are having the push notifications settings and also background processing feature would be still running in the background.

Some of the most regularly used apps which still run in the background are – Email App, Twitter, Facebook, Photos, Messages, Phone, Settings etc all of which are used on a daily basis and which are running in the background almost all the time unless closed or terminated manually. There is no Task Manager App available for the Apple devices, which is normally available as an application for the Android based Phones. Following is the trick or the actual procedure which you need to implement in order to force quit an App which is running in the background.

First you need to bring the App to the main-screen from the background which you would like to close.

Press the Lock Button the top for a few seconds, following which you would find a slider, asking you ‘Slide to power off’.

Next press the ‘Home’ button for a few seconds, following which the screen would flash.

The app would be closed but would still appear in the list of recently opened ones but with no recent data saved.

Another option which is more effective is by pressing the Home button twice, following which all the apps which are running in the background would be displayed to you in the form of icons at the bottom.

Next continuously press on any of the App Icons for a few seconds and you would get a ‘-‘ symbol next to all the icons.

Close all the apps one by one, and scrolling from right to left in order to terminate or quit all the applications which you do not wish to run in the background.
