The most important features of this handset includes a 5 megapixel camera which was previously available in the Nokia N95. The looks are again bit similar to other N series handsets in my view and i feel that the buttons layout and everything else also resemble other n series, may be its time nokia should start thinking about launching their concept handsets like Nokia Aeon<\/a><\/p>\n

Other features includes integrated navigation, music with FM transmitter, high-speed connectivity capability, Web browsing, 10 pre-loaded N-Gage games. Currently its available smart covers are in the following 5 colours ie Light Sea Blue, Espresso Brown, Olive Green, White, and Coral Red. The handset is powered with Symbian operating system and weighs very less which is just 95 grams compared to the other bulky handsets.<\/p>\n

\"NokiaOne important feature i liked is that, you can connect the handset to Wi-Fi and its 3.5G complaint which means its GPRS, EDGE, HSDPA, WCDMA ready and you also get a Micro-USB connection for quick data transfer. We can also say that this is a clone of Nokia N95 handset when we compare the features of both these handsets.<\/p>\n

The Nokia N79 is currently preloaded with ‘Anthems 1998-2008’, a compilation of 19 all-time favorite classic club songs, and 17 new age music videos (by the Ministry of Sound) in a 4Gb micro SD Memory card and 50 Mb of Internal memory which is very less because the costs of these memories have considerably went very down and there is no point in offering very less internal memory and making consumers upgrade to higher external memory cards.<\/p>\n

Talking about the battery life, the handset has a 5.5 hours of talk time which is decent time and has a 372 hours of standby time which means that the phone can stay On for 15days, good for people who are always on travel.<\/p>\n

The price is around 23000Rs in India and around 400USD.<\/p>\n
