So, let\u2019s check out with what features and specifications this LG Optimus 2x comes packed with.<\/p>\n

LG Optimus 2x was launched earlier in Singapore last month. These both the\u00a0 phones come0 with Android 2.2 Froyo version but it is upgradable to Gingerbread 2.3 version which will be available very soon for both of these handsets. This phone also looks stunning with this looks as its one of the thinnest phone from the lot. This phone is dubbed as Optimus 2x P990.<\/p>\n

LG Optimus 2X P990 is powered with the high end ARM Cortex A9 Tegra 2 Chip set processor (1 GHz Dual Core) along with the 4 inched TFT WVGA Screen with a resolution of (800 * 480) with all touch sensitive controls tasted with ULP Ge Force Graphical Processing Unit, accelerometer sensor for UI auto rotate feature, sensors like Gyro sensor and Proximity sensor sets this phone apart from its class of smart phones. Other features of this phone include A-GPS Support, a dedicated HDMI Port and micro USB 2.0 port. Not to forget this phone is also spiced with the favorites like Wi Fi 802.11 b\/g\/n support, 8 MP camera laden with LED Flash and autofocus capable of smile detection, face and smile detection, image stabilization and not to forget this one also sports Bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP support. With dimensions of 123.9 x 63.2 x 10.9 mm, this phone in all weighs 139 grams which is quite bulkier than the other phones in the similar range like Samsung Galaxy S<\/a><\/a><\/a> GT I9000.<\/p>\n

LG Optimus Black comes with the dimensions of 122 x 64 x 9.2 mm and in all weighs 109 gms. This phone comes with IPS LCD capacitive touch screen with a 4 inches of size with Optimus UI 2.0 and Gesture UI 2.0.<\/p>\n

This phone also comes with the capability of taking HD Videos at 1080p resolution with 24fps. This phone also comes with host of applications ranging from Gmail to You Tube etc.<\/p>\n

If we talk of memory then this phone is packed with an on board memory of 8GB, but this one can be extended by using the external memory card which can support a maximum of 32 GB. Unlike most of the other phones, this phone can house practically unlimited entries of contacts and messages.<\/p>\n

If we talk of Optimus Black P970 then this one too comes with the same features of that of P990, but the only difference here is that this phone doesn’t come with the 1.3 MP camera like P990 but this phone comes with a better 2 MP camera and rest all features are the same also additionally this phone comes with the 2 GB on board storage and 512 MB RAM along with the 1GHz TI OMAP 3630 processor which is the single core.<\/p>\n

If we talk of the battery life then Optimus 2X P990 phone comes with a super solid 1500 Mah battery power which promises to last for a stand by time of around 400 hours or can last for a talktime of up to 8 hours, but it will vary according to the usage patterns and Optimus Black P970 too comes along with the same battery life.<\/p>\n

Talking of pricing then this LG Optimus 2x comes with a sticker price of Rs. 30, 000 while the Optimus Black P970 comes with a sticker price of Rs. 27, 000 but by using your bargaining skills you can get it for some less and can be purchased from all leading as well as local mobile phone stores across India.
