  • Franchisee Concept<\/strong>
    \nEuroKids offers a complete business format franchise in the Pre School\/kindergarten services. The unique franchise concept provides individuals with complete know how to build and operate a successful Pre School. EuroKids offers its franchisees:-<\/p>\n

    * The goodwill of the EUROKIDS brand
    \n* A proven, well researched curriculum for Pre School and kindergarten
    \n* Content for Summer and Winter club programs
    \n* A unique fitness program-EUROGYM
    \n* Training for the curriculum and the business process.
    \n* Continuing research and development
    \n* Marketing support.<\/li>\n

  • Franchise Support<\/strong>
    \nFranchise orientation program (FOP) – A 3 day orientation program will be held for training the franchisee and their key personnel in Mumbai. The FOP aims at helping the franchisee understand the Pre School business and transferring the knowledge ware gathered by the Franchiser.<\/p>\n

    Curriculum & counselors training – Curriculum training will be imparted to teachers on an ongoing basis along with the specially developed training module for counselors on admission prospecting. Curriculum training is imparted on a quarterly basis in a year.<\/p>\n

    Manuals – Franchisee will be provided with ambience manual- which will help to construct the EUROKIDS Pre School as per the standardized design template and the standard operating procedures manual for conduct of the Pre School.<\/p>\n

    Supply of equipment – Franchiser will provide the required equipment as per the model of the Pre School. (Cost of which is to be borne by the franchisee) average cost of equipment is INR 200,000\/-<\/p>\n

    Curriculum – The curriculum for all programs will be provided in the printed\/online form along with audio visual aids.<\/p>\n

    On going support – The benefits of on going research and development will be transferred to the franchisee to keep abreast of the curriculum development.<\/p>\n

    Marketing support – The franchisor will provide requisite marketing support to propagate the various programs at EuroKids through regional\/national platforms. Sales & Marketing tools (brochures, leaflets, posters, audio visual aids) as and when developed will be sent as per policy.<\/li>\n

  • Financial Data<\/strong>
    \nTo start a EUROKIDS franchise, an estimated sum of INR 500,000 \u2013 10,00,000\/- will be required. This sum will cover expenses for:
    \nAmbience as per standardized design
    \nFurniture and fittings
    \nEquipments and educational material
    \nHowever, this sum does not include pre operating expenses such as rental and staff costs.<\/li>\n
  • Terms of Franchise<\/strong>
    \nThe initial agreement is for a tenure of three (3) years
    \nOption to renew for another term of three (3) years, under mutual agreement
    \nThe franchisee fees will be applicable as per the allotted model
    \nModel A – 225,000Rs
    \nModel B – 180,000Rs
    \nModel C – 150,000Rs
    \nModel D – 120,000Rs
    \nAll amount in INR. The above amount is exclusive of tax. Taxes as applicable
    \nRoyalty is charged @ 18% on all components of fees (gross fee).<\/li>\n
  • Site Specifications<\/strong>
    \nTo conduct a EUROKIDS Pre School you will require
    \nA minimum of 1500 sq. feet built up area in the ground\/first floor with outdoor of about similar or more area Good frontage
    \nReasonable rental rates
    \nLease arrangement for the tenure of the agreement
    \nTo be situated in a residential area and not on a busy traffic road<\/li>\n
